This modern annexe (built in 2020) has been constructed to a high standard throughout and is located in the grounds of a large detached house.
Situated just a stone's throw from the River Stour and Iford Golf Course, the property lies in easy reach of local beaches, the historic town of Christchurch, the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast. Cycle hire is available locally and Kayaks can be rented from the owners.

The little Heron has lots of extra touches which include a welcome pack, vanity kit and luxury bathrobes to make your stay even more comfortable. The property benefits from private off-road parking space and its own entrance. Guests will love the high speed internet, smart flatscreen tv and the private courtyard garden, perfect for evening dining under the stars.

We are sorry that Kevin didn’t like our property, our fluffy robes or our coffee machine, we work very hard at providing the little touches that customers look for ia comfortable place to stay. The bed is a standard double and has a quality mattress and the oven is a combination microwave and fan assisted oven with full instructions in the apartment manual. Over the last three years 95% of our guests across our three letting platforms have rated us five stars, but you certainly can’t please everyone.
