The three-room apartment is located in a splendid villa surrounded by greenery at the foot of the town of Capoliveri, in contact with nature.
The structure is located southeast of the Island of Elba where it is possible to see beautiful panoramas that dominate the entire Gulf of Mola.
Large three-room apartment of the villa, (about 68MQ); has 6/7 beds; the apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, three single beds and a bathroom with shower with shower head; the house is perfect for a large family or even two families together with teenagers.
Equipped kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, internal fireplace, glasses, cutlery, plates, tables, chairs, etc., etc ...
2 SAT LED LCD TV and free WI / FI internet connection.
Sharing the villa; laundry, barbacue, outdoor shower, games for children and panoramic square with lovely garden; outside there is also an external covered porch with tables, chairs and deck chairs with sun loungers.
The owners are always available for any information.
The stays are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, except in the low season; the final prices include electricity, water, gas and final cleaning; the linen is not included.
The house is available from 13.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 9.00 on the day of departure; small pets are allowed as they do not pose any problems for the villa's customers.

Schöne Wohnung, relativ ruhig (wenn keine Rallye ist). Stadt in 7 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Gepflegter und überdachter Außenbereich. Schöne Aussicht ins Landesinnere. Ausstattung: nur das nötigste, sprich nicht einmal ein Wein- oder Bierglas). Induktionsofen, blitzschnell aber unsere große mitgebrachte Bialetti ging nicht da Alu (hauseigene Kaffemaschine ist recht klein). Betten hängen etwas, für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen. Sehr steile Auffahrt. Tolle Umgebung für Biker.

Geräumige Wohnung an ruhiger Lage, empfehlenswert

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Einrichtungen sind zweckmässig. Daniele, der Besitzer, ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor Ort oder per Telefon/email immer erreichbar. Im Badezimmer fehlt leider ein Regal, auf dem 2-3 Necessaire abgestellt werden könnten und wer am Abend gerne ein Glas weint trinken möchte, sollte die Gläser selber mitbringen, da nicht vorhanden. Dies sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten.

Un ambiente molto rilassante in quanto la villetta si trova in una posizione collinare ben attrezzata la consiglio
