About this property

Beautiful country setting close to it all! Pets OK

Very clean farm house style home built in 2017. Only 2 miles from Flintfields, 2 miles from Meijer grocery store, and minutes from downtown Traverse City and Elk Rapids. Golfing, lakes, casino, and shopping within a couple of miles.

Our home will make you feel like you've stepped back in time to an old farmhouse. Don't be fooled, this home was built with love from the ground up in 2017. It is also childproof with the exception of some antiques we can put away before your littles arrive. Upon request we can also provide a crib, high chair, age appropriate toys, and almost anything else you may need for the littles. We also provide a cooler and beach towels because no trip to Northern Michigan in the summertime is complete without some sand between your toes. New in 2024 is a Ring Camera located near the sunroom entrance facing the driveway to ensure ease of communication should you have any questions.

Our private 10 acres offer ample parking and space to play.

Always available for questions via text or calling. Happy to meet or assist in any way we can. We are often nearby should you like to meet or need something.

Flintfields horse park, Meijer, Traverse City, Elk Rapids, lakes, golf, hiking and biking paths. Our favorite, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park not far

We pride ourselves for our clean and well maintained home. We do our best to provide anything and everything you may need so your vacation is relaxing, fun, and most of all, allows you all the creature comforts of "home". We really enjoyed our family stay here. Beds were very comfortable. Felt at home with many amenities, especially for our 1 year old and dog. Well maintained property. Enjoyed sunsets and hot tub on the deck. 15 minutes from Traverse City and close to grocery store. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend, especially for families.

The farmhouse was beautiful and perfect for our family get away - 6 adults, 4 children. The kids had room to run outside, the bedrooms were nice, and the kitchen and grill were great for family meals. Very relaxing on the deck watching the sunset! I highly recommend it!

Perfect Fit

Northern Michigan is a beautiful place with genuine residents. This is exemplified in this home, which is a charming, well thought out, beautifully constructed and carefully maintained property. We had the family and extended family with us, and everyone enjoyed their space and the communal spaces. Comfortable beds, lovely appointments and all are presented with charming touches and decor. The owners have anticipated your almost every need. Communication was easy and instant. A star amongst VRBO rental properties/owners, this home exceeded our expectations in every way.
