Contemporary 1 Bed Basement Flat (57m2) in an attractive period conversion on a peaceful cul de sac and sought-after garden square.
Bright reception room with space for a dining area that seats 4 and an adjoining kitchen.
Sliding doors lead to a double bedroom (King Size Bed 150 x 200) with an ensuite (shower, bath, toilet).
A Sofa Bed (Clic Clac Small UK Double 120 x 190) can accommodate 2 small children or a 3rd adult guest.

The flat is a just a throw stone away from the south of Hyde Park, and within close proximity of all the amenities in Knightsbridge and South Ken (closest tube stations).

In the heart of the Knightsbridge Village with South Kensington and Knightsbridge as your closest tube stations. Just a short walk away from Hyde Park (Prince of Wales Gate), The Natural History Museum, The V&A Museum, Imperial College, Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, ...

Note that it is a Basement / Lower Ground Floor Flat with access from street with outdoors stone stairs.

The property is located in one of the best areas in London Walking distance to the national Gallery Piccadilly and great restaurants. The flat was comfortable and stocked with everything one might need for the stay. Thank you We had a wonderful time

Beautiful Knightsbridge Neighborhood

Overall the apartment was nice and in a beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom were nice and functional and the living room was nice. The only thing we did not like was the narrow staircase down from the street. It's ok if you don't have any mobility problems but if you do it can be difficult at night. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to museums.

Good location....with minor issues

The apartment is nice but needs a good cleaning. Spots on the carpet and also on the chair to the desk. If the "dryer" cycle does not fully dry the clothing as the host told me, then there needs to be a drying rack provided. Towels never fully dried when washed. Hot water was plentiful for sure! Needs an outdoor light when unlocking the door at night. The host responded quickly.

Perfect for my Needs!

This apartment had so much natural light, which is something I always look for and was surprised about in a basement flat. Loved the location and enjoyed my stay. Invited a friend, who stayed a couple of nights. Perfect space for two people. The flooring is a bit creaky, but nothing unbearable. Stayed for 9 nights and have no complaints. Met the cleaner before checking out, who was lovely, and the landlord was very responsive.

Excellent Location

My husband and I stayed here for about a week on our vacation to London. It is about a 14 minute walk to the South Kensington Tube Line, which allowed us to visit a large chunk of Zone 1 during our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and feels safe. The flat itself is very bright and open, even though it is a basement level. There is a washer for use, just make sure you know how to operate it. There is a fan as well, so when it heats up during the day, you can use it to help circulate air. Overall, we loved this property and we’re sad to leave. Thanks for everything!

Great location for Harrods, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, access to multiple Tube lines

The location is excellent in a safe neighborhood really close to Harrods and Sloane street (luxury brand street), near Chelsea for nice shops and pubs. Easy to get groceries, coffee, pastries about a 12 min walk. Tube is a 15 min walk to either Knightsbridge or South Kensington and on the best lines for access to all the usual places visitors want to get to. Ubers & Taxis always available within 2-5 mins. Taxis can go in bus lanes so consider that if going across city. Overall the place is great and as advertised and reviewed. It is closer to a North American Queen size bed than King size. Fans were provided which was important because not a ton of air flow and it did get stuffy when the days were above 20 degrees F. It appeared in the pictures to me to be a newly renovated sort of posh place but it isn’t quite that. It is very nice and spacious but it is tired so initially a little disappointed with that, the smaller bed and creaky floors. However my daughter and I stayed 11 days and once we settled in and figured out how to regularly wash & dry the two towels, one hand towel and one bath mat we were allowed, it was great. Bathroom is really nice and spacious, which is especially rare in Europe so that is a huge plus to this place (toilet doesn’t always fully flush so you need to flush a few times). Multiple large mirrors and desk were handy to put your things, charge devices, put on makeup and blow dry so for a mom & teen daughter it was ideal to have our own spaces.
