This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is set on a quiet and tranquil side street just few minutes walking from West Kensington station. Bright, comfortable, and above all, welcoming it is the perfect base for a family or a group of friends that want to discover London or are coming for business. The living room opens to a lovely terrace, perfect to enjoy and relax during the warmer months.

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Convenient location for tube access to everything you will want to see in London!We primarily chose this stay for its great value and space to accommodate our family including teenagers.Check in was smooth (in person - a first, nice), and everything was clean & worked as expected.As mentioned in other reviews, there are copious stairs to keep in mind.It takes about 30-35 mins to get the Heathrow, about an hour to get to Gatwick, and 25-35 mins to London attractions from the tube stations near the flat.

Comfortable & Convenient

Nice area and convenient to the Tube. Good communications with the landlord and it was a comfortable place for my family of 5. Less than 30 minutes from Heathrow and the city center.

Great place for family visit to Greater London

Property was a perfect spot just away from West Kensington tube stop. Property was clean and spacious for our needs. I highly recommend this site for future stays if you want to visit London.

Excellent place in London

Close to two train stations, we had a good time. The place is cute. My older friend though has problems with the stairs, but then her luggage was extremely heavy. So maybe not suitable for folks from US with a lot of luggage

Convenient location & very clean

We loved being so close to the West Kensington tube station, grocery store, and many restaurants. Apartment was very clean & just as described. There are a lot of stairs which was fine for my family. We loved having the extra space we would not have had in a hotel.

Great find!

Super convenient flat for our family of 6 (two parents, and 4 kids ages 20, 18, 17 and 13). Close to tube stations, bus stations, restaurants, etc. Owner communication was great. Highly recommend!

Great Apartment in West Kensington

This was a lovely apartment to stay in West Kensington. The neighborhood is safe and it’s really close to a Tube station. The apartment was clean with ample supplies. The owner was extremely communicative and friendly. I would recommend a notebook with information to assist (WiFi code, nearby restaurants, Tube station directions, emergency phone #’s, etc). Otherwise, this was great and I would stay there again if I visit London in the future.

Great location!

The apartment was nice and clean. It is located in a Jude and quiet neighborhood convenient to a tube stop. Great location for visiting central London.

Comfortable and quiet

We loved our stay at this flat in West Kensington! The flat was light and airy during the day, and cozy and quiet at night. It is a 5 minute walk to the Underground, and easy to get to all the London sites. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My husband and I traveled with our adult daughters. So having 3 bedrooms was perfect! Communication with Sole was very easy. We would love to return to this comfortable flat again next time we return to London!

Perfect jumping off place for our family to stay in London

Nice place, good location and friendly host

Sole was great to communicate with and made check in and out convenient. Fans were appreciated for ventilation. The flat was clean and tidy. Location was near tube, made it easy on/off.

Family gathering in London

In a pre-wedding trip in London, my husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons and one’s girlfriend. Communication with Sole was easy right from the start and continued to be seamless when we transferred it to our children who arrived before us. The place was clean, comfortable and well situated in London; close to two Tube stops which made it easy to get around. The space was bright and airy and well equipped. It was the perfect space for our family to gather after a long day exploring!

Outstanding home for families

Clean, welcoming and well provisioned, this is a great home. Pictures are spot on. It is extremely close to grocery, coffee shops and transportation. The only caution we would make is if there are any issues with stairs, this flat may be tricky. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We stayed for 5 days in March 2023. The accommodation was very nice, and the location was perfect for doing all our sight seeing in London. There were lots of places nearby for groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Sole was very responsive, met us at the place for check-in and gave recommendations. Everything was super-easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this spot without hesitation.

Hey I'm Sole!

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!
