My family and I had a wonderful stay and at this charming property. A beautiful flat with three bedrooms and 3 full baths (a HUGE bonus as we were traveling with 5 adults). The neighborhood was quiet, easy access to public transit, with great food, Pubs, and stores in the general area. This stay was definitely a BIG win!!!

London Sisters trip

The apartment had everything we needed. The three bedrooms with ensuites made it perfect for the three of us. It was a little further out than we had anticipated but there was plenty of transit options near by to get us anywhere we wanted to go.

Flat was clean and as advertised tho the living space and bedrooms are very compact. Neighborhood is OK. Furnishings and equipment was minimal. No wastebaskets in the bedrooms or bathrooms seems odd and getting to the lockbox was a chore. Needs to be a more accessible location.

Good location - very quiet

Good location and very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to various shops and restaurants and a short walk to Underground. Enough room for four adults. Communication and check in was smooth. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

We came to see London at Christmas and had a wonderful holiday. The flat was perfect for my husband, two boys and myself. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect! Close to 2 tube stations, super easy to get to everywhere. Well appointed, quiet and close to food markets, we would stay here again for sure!

Great location for a family

We had a wonderful stay in this place and found the location really handy. We appreciated the little touches like the dishwasher tablets, laundry powder etc. Having three en suites was a bonus. It would have been a five star stay if the showers had been thoroughly cleaned before our stay.

Fabulous flat!

Wonderful flat with 3bedrooms each with an ensuite. 14 minute walk to tube. Zone 2 so lots of tube rides to zone 1 where most attractions are but worth it for staying in this spacious and well appointment flat

Such a great property. Whisper quiet, comfy beds, very clean linen and towels, central to tubes and buses, lots of eateries close by, great washing machine, Nespresso machine fantastic. Cannot fault this property. Excellent place. Thankyou. Only problem was the second set of keys does not have a key for the apartments interior bottom lock which meant my mum was locked out until i returned

Nice and spacious

I was traveling with my mother and adult son so picked this place so we could all have our own rooms and bathrooms. The space was great for 3 adults but could easily accommodate more. Place was as listed. Well equipped (although) small kitchen. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Underground and most of the main tourist sites are a bit of a distance. We spent some time traveling but the spaciousness made it worthwhile. The area has lots of shops and small restaurants. Particularly enjoyed the atmosphere when there was a match on at nearby Stamford bridge, main street was alive with fans and vendors. The street where the house is located is nice and quiet but steps from the bustling main road.

Great location, beautiful and clean apartment, close to tube station

We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teen and pre-teen children) who stayed in this flat for a week during the summer. It was a perfect choice for our family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (a blessing!). It is perfectly situated near North End Road which has lots of eateries and a couple of pubs, as well as pharmacies and small grocery shops. We could stop and get food/snacks on the 10 minute walk back from West Kensington Tube station. Be aware that, as with most flats in London, there is no A/C but there is a nice breeze with open windows at night. We happened to stay during a very hot spell in London but we were out sight-seeing most of the day so it didn't bother us much. The water pressure was great and we used the combined washer/dryer and dishwasher often. The hallway leading up to the flat as well as the stairs in the flat are very narrow so pack accordingly! We had a great stay and the management company was fantastic - met us at the flat and gave us lots of advice/suggestions for places to eat in the area as well as how to use the equipment in the house. They have a very informative binder at the flat too. Our only suggestion would be to have plates in the kitchen. We couldn't find them if they were there! Thank you for a great stay! We loved London!

Rental agency managing the apartment were very helpful, we were able to check in early, and they quickly responded to our phone calls when needed. Apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, as described. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. There are nice local restaurants within walking distance. The underground is less than 15 minute walk. There are grocery stores within 10 minute walk. Few minor suggestions: small table at bedside in the main floor bedroom, a chair at the built in desk in main floor bedroom. Change bulbs/lamps in ceiling fixtures-they 'flicker', and do not provide steady lighting. There were stains of some sort in the main floor bathroom shower.

The apartment was a great option for our family of 4 vacation. Two full baths help to keep everybody happy. Surrounding area has plenty of shops and restaurants close by and the West Kensington tube station is a 10 minute walk.

Great Place and location but owners are not trustworthy

The Place was nice and clean and had a great location. However we had a problem with the lockbox to keep the keys. We came back to the flat one night and the lockbox was jammed and would not open. I repeatedly called the multiple numbers we were given for the owners with no answer. It was late at night and no way to get in. A neighbor gave me a hammer and i had to break open the lock box. I immediately offered to pay for it out of my deposit. I looked up the same model they had, to get an idea of the price. After returning home i was made aware they were going to take out much more than i had figured. I knew there would be extra to install and that was fine. However after sending me pics of the box they ordered i noticed it was a whole different one than the one i broke. I looked up that one and saw it was triple the price of the original. They refuse to pay me back the difference. I am highly dissappointed and i will not deal with that company again. So please if you rent be careful because they will use your money to upgrade the place.

Dear David, I am sorry to read your review and most of all that you are thinking we are taking advantages of the situation. We feel your review was not reflecting the real version of what had happened and we are happy as we done before to show you our honesty and good will we had with you. You are stating that we are charging three times more of the value of the original box and we can prove that this was not right. We sent you the original invoice paid on 2016 for the safe box and sent you the new one on 2018, they have similar price. We don't understand why you left two sets of keys with our number written on the fob inside the safe box and when you forgot the box code you could not call us as the numbers were locked with the keys. We would expect at least one phone call before to try to smash it with an hammer, we could give you the right code and avoid this stressing situation for all of us. The evening you had the accident with the lock we never received a call from you, only one message through Home Away where you said at 23:28: "Hi is anyone there" and my colleagues replied at 23:33 "Yes David, how can I help you?" All our phones are connected so if you called we would answer as we do with all our guests. We received your answer 20 min later, after you have asked for an hammer to the neighbour and it was too late for us to help you. David, more then explain to you and send you proof of receipts and photos we cannot do anything else. We don't like to leave our guests disappointed, I am sure if you didn't have to smash the box it was going to be all fine. We never refused to pay the difference as we didn't have any difference to pay to you. We have charged what we have paid to replace what you have broken. We show you the receipts and send you the pictures, we cannot do more then that to prove our honesty. A Home To Rent is not using any money from the client to upgrade the place as there is no need for our property. We simply request to replace what guest can accidentally brake and we provide invoices to show expenses as we done with you.

Great location, easy to get around London. Nice quiet neighborhood but walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. The rental was lovely - everything new and updated. Very comfortable for 6 adults.
