Ladies trip

Loved our stay

We loved our condo. Had everything that we needed and was very clean and nicely decorated. Tonya was very nice and informative. Tide Water is a great resort with many amenities. Stayed February thru March 2023, we will definitely be back.

Condo was clean and decorated very tastefully. Great location being on 5th floors. Elevators were VeRY slow sometimes waiting 15+ minutes. Would stay here again.

Good location and the place is pretty nice overall. The only complaint is the elevators are pretty slow, but the ones on the ends of the building are a bit faster. Our kids loved the bunk bed ‘cove’ as they called it. The place was nice and clean, and we did have one problem with a lack of hot water. Sent the host a message and they sent a guy out and got it fixed immediately. They also sent a message for a follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Last Minute Getaway

Condo is well stocked and on a desirable 5th floor at Tidewater. Check in was easy and great communication with owner. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for last minute opening!

Great location!

We spent a week and Labor Day weekend at Tonya's condo. It was overall clean, located near pier park, condo is on the 5th floor, which was a timesaver for us when we checked out( elevators were busy, we had to wait for them 30-45 m) we ended up carrying all our stuff down through the stairwells. Tonya was prompt with responses and very friendly. My family and I will definitely be back here again!

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful, clean, and perfect spacious condo for two adults and an infant. Tonya did a fabulous job communicating with me throughout the process from beginning to end. She’s wonderful to work with and very attentive to your every need. Also, the view is amazing! Spacious balcony area to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We were overall impressed and will be coming back!

High school graduation celebration

Property elevators create a real problem. The daily process to get beach lounge chairs, which are complimentary should be more vacation friendly. I would recommend an upgrade on the master bedroom mattress. However, condo room was clean and well organized and Tonya was very prompt and informative.

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Tonya’s condo at Tidewater. It was clean. Tidewater is a big complex with lots of amenities which is good and bad. The amenities are great, but the elevators are terrible. Tonya’s condo is only on the 5th floor, so easy to just use the stairs. Plus you get to work off all that great food and ice cream. I usually don’t like lower floors, but it was great in this instance. Thanks for a great week at the beach.

Baseball Vacation

We had 10 families stay at Tidewater for our baseball teams tournament. Great location on the beach. The room was awesome! The only complaint which is totally out of the owners control were the elevators as I’m sure you’ll see said repeatedly. They were absolutely terrible lol. I will say being on the 5th floor we just took the stairs most of the time. Our friends on the 26th floor weren’t as lucky. Overall that was really the only complaint. The place was beautiful and we had a wonderful time!

Not happy with tidewater

The condo was very nice but having to give your driver license just to get a cart to take your stuff to the room and take the cart back to get your license back sucked. Also waiting for elevators for 25 to 45 minutes was not good.

Great Property

Enjoyed our stay, unit was nice and clean. Great appliances & nice furnishings/decorations. The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress for the king bedroom, that one has seen much better days. But other than that, our stay was great! The resort was wonderful & efficient to our needs.

Great time, nice condo

This condo was very nice. It was very clean and everything we could have hoped for. The only reason I put a 4 star on the property is I would consider a 5 star very clean and spotless. The common areas were ok. It’s not bad but it’s not pristine. It was a busy week and it showed that. Also, the elevators were quite slow but this was 5th floor so not a big deal to walk them when it was crazy busy. Again, this condo and the owners were very nice. It was clean, updated and very comfortable.

Room was the perfect size for my wife and I. We came to vacation and get married on the beach. Both were a wonderful experience. Close enough to the beach and pool I could use the stairs when the elevators were slow. We definitely plan to return.

Celebrate son’s college graduation

We brought our college grad & his girlfriend to PBC to celebrate. Not only was the condo great (clean & as advertised), but Tonya communicated well and was ultra responsive when we had trouble with the door code. The location was walkable to Pier Park and Dusty’s Oyster Bar. And we weren’t too far to visit Apalachicola for a fishing charter one day. The grad said he had a lot of fun.

This was our first time staying at Tidewater. It’s a big, busy place with lots of nice amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a relaxing, beachy vibe. We really liked the 5th floor location. Tonya was great to work with.
