Tucked Away Cottage located in Canoe Cove on PEI's South Shore

Welcome to our private cottage on PEI's south shore. This cottage has everything you need for your dream PEI vacation, including a wraparound deck, firepit, access to a red sand beach and a bonus games room in a converted garage with darts and a ping pong table. The open-concept kitchen and living room have exposed beams and warm wood panelling, providing a cozy cabin feeling. The cottage also includes heating and air-conditioning and a stacked washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Wi-Fi and Satellite TV also included. We are pet-friendly.

Nice quiet location. Central to various places that we wanted to visit. The cottage was lovely, well stocked. The weather turned out warm and sunny,we were expecting some cooler days for mid September. All in all we had a great time.

The cottage was lovely and clean when we arrived and is just as the pictures show it to be. We found everything we needed and it was a good base from which to explore PEI for our 5 day stay. There were four adults in our party and there was plenty of space for us all.Nilton is a very responsive and helpful host. I can highly recommend the cottage as a peaceful getaway.

Sweet retreat

Our group really enjoyed this well-equipped cottage, using it as a base to explore the region and attend fabulous events at Under the Spire Music Festival and Harmony House. The kitchen is super well stocked, the bedrooms comfortable and the choices of seating inside and out generous. Peaceful and private, with a bit of a walk to the beach.

The cottage was perfect inside and out for us. Decks all around to take in shade or sun We enjoyed visits from the barn cats, a hare, and watching hummers at the hosta and also the cows and calves in the neighbouring field. Also, awesome welcome gifts. Nilton was quick to respomd to messages/queries.Thanks for the lovely stay!

Amazing retreat

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Everything we could have needed was supplied. The location was private and quiet and we had just a short walk to the beach. Close to many food and shopping outlets. The details in the cottage were sweet and thoughtful. I’m only sad we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back.

Great for family getaway

The cottage was perfect for the four of us. Everything was clean and all the utilities were included. We really appreciatted the location and tranquility around the cottage. We definitely recommend!!

Great stay in PEI

Property was perfect. Had everything for our stay including nice fire pit and sand toys and chairs for the family. It was super clean and had nice laundry and air conditioning. We drove down to the beach - easier to bring what we wanted there - but could have easily walked. Beach is awesome during low tide so have two times a day to use. Quiet area of PEI but also close (10 mins) to grocery and services in Cornwall. Hosts were super with communication and support. Great stay and highly recommend it!

An amazing cottage in a private setting with absolutely everything you would ever need to enjoy cooking , bbq, fire pit with hugh amt of wood in shed , large deck , lots of beach chairs , I can not say enough about this place .

PEI Peace and Tranquility!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in Canoe Cove - Nilton and Tori were terrific communicators and their small cottage was clean, comfortable, very well-appointed and it matched the listing in all respects. We would definitely stay there again should we have reason to return to PEI!

Lovely little spot

We can’t say enough about this little cottage. It was absolutely immaculate, we had everything we needed. The location is private yet still close to the beach. Nilton and Tori were lovely and accommodating. We would recommend this little gem to anyone - and hoping to be back ourselves.

Everything is new inside with attention to detail. Very clean and organized. Owner reachable by phone and friendly. A little walk to the beach. The 4 of us really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent property!

All the essentials needed for a week stay. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. We loved the location of this property. Quiet area and so relaxing on the deck with plenty of chairs, table and bbq. Hosts were very easy to communicate with when we had any questions! Would definitely rent this lovely cottage again on our next visit to the island. Highly recommend this property!

What a Gem!!

This cottage lives up to it's name, Tucked Away. If you are looking for a very peaceful stay, then this property fits the bill. This property sits at the end of a lane which is surrounded by mature trees. No traffic noise what so ever :) Short walk to a beach. This cottage is very spacious & extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need. We will book here again.
