Our apartments are located in ‘de Bilt’, next to Utrecht and the Science park, with free dedicated parking spots. The apartments have all modern features, including smart locks and air-conditioning. That means you can check yourself in and we can give you at all time support. If you are interested in your future stay, we are happy to welcome you in one of our apartments.

Nice apartment with room for improvement.

Overall a nice apartment. Well equipped kitchen and a good place to visit different cities nearby. The heating is unfortunately not really ideal for the size of the apartment and the balcony door didn't close properly hence a constant cold draft was around all the time. Quite bad if the outside temperature is just 5 degree.
