Kingsholm is a high quality, stylish lakeside holiday home with a hot tub and gas BBQ on a large well furnished sundeck overhanging the water. Wonderful relaxing open plan living area with lovely lake views.
With 4 x double bedrooms its ideal for families or groups of friends. Downstairs, 1 x 4' 6" double ensuite bedroom with door to patio. Upstairs, 1 x 5' double ensuite bedroom with private lakeside balcony, 1 x 4' 6" and 1 x 4' doubles sharing the family bathroom. Pets are welcome.

Waters edge offers contemporary lodges in a spacious lakeside setting, the first three phases of which are now complete with the final phase still to be completed.
This property is situated within the first phase and sits within landscaped grounds.
As the phase four plots are sold, more building will take place which may cause some disruption. Whilst we don't know when the building works will take place, we do know the location and, therefore, believe that there will be limited disruption to guests staying in this property. Prices have been set below market price to reflect the fact that the development is not yet complete and, if building work is being carried out during your stay, there may be some disruption.
No large single sex parties are permitted on site

The main attraction of the lodge is being able to relax on the decking with a cool drink in a beautiful lakeside location and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and watch the wildlife. It is close to water sports, many activities, local attractions and many great country pubs, restaurants, tearooms and cafes in and around the Cotswold Lakes.
With many safe cycle trails and well marked footpaths guests can head out and explore the abundant lakes, canals, nature reserves and rivers nearby, including the Thames. The lodge is a great base to head out and visit Cirencester and enjoy the whole Cotswolds region.
