Just a couple of metres from the long sandy beach in Can Picafort, a recently restored fisherman’s house and today a modern, comfortable home. Enjoy a fantastic private patio and a large front terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing with family and friends. The layout includes four bedrooms and three brand new bathrooms, one is on suite, a new, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious living room with a big television and a comfortable sofa, semi separated from the dining area by an attractive archway.
