This a great property. The house is in immaculate condition and is very well appointed. It had everything you needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The screened in porch and the reclining sofas were an extra plus. All in all, a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at this property! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family to spread out and use. We LOVED the pool - the water is really warm and we rode bikes there daily to swim. We found the house to be really clean and convenient. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great house for family vacation

The house was in great shape, clean, and there was plenty of room for 9 of us. The location and community were very nice. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this house for our yearly family trip to Rehoboth Beach. Easy access to Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. Right next to the bike trail. Pool and fitness center access. Great place!

Brand new house that can sleep nine in comfort. The screened in porch is especially great! Community has swimming pools. Would definitely stay there again!

Just what we needed

This property was perfect for our stay. We were just a few minutes from good food, shopping and activities. The home was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. We’ve vacationed in Rehoboth many years and this was one of our favorite stays.

Wonderful property with plenty of room for the family in a quiet development. House was extremely clean, large garage and parking for additional vehicles. Close to the main strip without having to drive rt. 1. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Great hosts & stay!

Our stay was above and beyond expectation! Owners were in touch with us as needed and the house was even better in person. Very spacious and clean. My mom is handicap and it was very easy for her to get around which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend 👌

Great property!

Our family of 8 was very comfortable at this property. It is very clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the pool, tennis court and pickle ball courts. It is a short drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. This is our second year to stay here. We hope to return next year too!

Great beach house

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean, nicely furnished and especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The large reclining sectional in the family room was a big hit. We also appreciated the beach chairs provided. Great communication from the owners! Thanks for a great family vacation.
