The house is located a few hundred meters from the town center where all the shops are located and is close to the starting points of the many important hiking trails to the most fascinating places of this stretch of coast: Amalfi, Praiano, Conca dei Marini, Positano, Furore, Scala, Ravello and Capri. The nearest beach is about 9 km away. The place is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast.

Gorgeous View / Amazing Host

Quiet, clean, well stocked with a gorgeous view. Exceptional hospitality. The host welcomed us with bottle of wine, went out of his way to pick us up from the bus stop in town and to arrange dinner for us at a local restaurant. Will definitely be back!

Amazing views in paradise

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. The hosts are lovely people who helped us coordinate our transportation, fed us bruschetta, and were on hand for any and every question. This view here is the most amazing I have ever seen and we had them from every room. The apartment is better than the pictures and the AC was great! The town is really cute and we ate at the restaurant up the hill for breakfast, lunch, and one dinner. I would stay here again and would recommend it. My family of four (husband and two teenage girls) were very happy with our stay. It is quite a drive to Positano, and Amalfi, so plan your stay accordingly if those towns are on your agenda. Transportation on buses is not ideal for scheduled tours, so you will need to coordinate rides, and that can get expensive. I recommend making those arrangements well in advance.

Absolutely wonderful

We lost almost a day's stay in this lovely apartment due to delayed flights starting I. New York to Naples. We communicated with Maria and Marcello throughout and they were very patient and understanding. We arrived in Furore after midnight, Marcello met us and we followed him to the house. The very next morning, he gave us very helpful information about the area and things to do, great tips. He then took us into town, not only did he show us around but took us to the grocery store and waited patiently for us. He told us about hiking the path of the God ( which we would not have known about).It was a beautiful hike. The apartment views are breathtaking from every room. We are on the patio every evening and enjoyed not only the view but the weather. The apartment was clean and well equipped with the essentials. Maria or Marcello were very accommodating and patient and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I do plan on returning and hopefully stay much longer than we did last visit. If you are planning on staying here, you won't be disappointed. One tip, rent a smaller car if possible, makes parking easier.

San Michele/Bomerano apartment is perfect for exploring the area!

Marcelo and Maria (hosts) proudly welcomed us to their home - the apartment is the (separate) top floor of their incredibly located home overlooking the Amalfi Coast. We came with a car, which we sometimes appreciated using to explore the area, but the location is perfect for exploring on foot - we started the Path of the Gods by foot (and used transit options to get back), and made grocery runs by foot into town (Bomerano - though it was typically a 1-hr round trip - fine for us - but car would have been faster). The bus goes straight through town (Bomerano) so you can take it to the towns on the water or back up. The house and the town of Bomerano are on a significant hill so unless you are planning for a hike, like day-long hike, dependence on some kind of motorized transport is critical. Bomerano is awesome for local specialties (especially cheese - check out Botega Casaro) or any of the spots Marcelo recommends… The apartment itself was great as our home base - clean, well equipped, and quiet - we enjoyed cooking some of our meals or eating out, depending on the day… there is no laundry in the apartment but the hosts happily did ours for an additional fee, which was great for avoiding a trip back to a “big city” with a laundromat! We were there in the off season - a little chilly - but would love to come back when warm and enjoy the outdoor amenities, the view is stunning, and in our opinion, Bomerano is a much nicer “normal” place to stay than the coast…

Outstanding choice in Furor

Every detail of this stay was perfect and even nicer than in the photos. The view, the apartment, the hosts and the location. We stayed for 3 nights and were not disappointed!

Tolle Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick

Wir waren Mitte Mai 2022 in dieser Unterkunft. Diese ist genau so wie beschrieben. Tolle ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht, große Terasse. Marcello begrüßte uns freundlich, gab uns tolle Tips (Sehenswürdigkeit, Restaurants) und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet mit bequeme Betten. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. => Die Amalfi Küste wird uns gut in Erinnerung bleiben. Danke an Marcello und Familie :)

Amazing Experience

The host was in constant contact with us an fast exceeded our expectations. The friendliness and hospitality was amazing. The house was beautiful, as was the view on all sides. The host catered to our every need and we had the most pleasant stay. We would definitely stay with them again!!!

Séjour idéal sur la côte Amalfitaine

Très bon accueil de Maria et Marcello dans leur superbe demeure. L'appartement est extra et la vue à couper le souffle et s'il vous manque la moindre chose nos hôtes sauront y remédier avec sourire. Beautiful amalfi!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Maria and marcello’s Apartment. The village where it is located is charming and authentic! Loved it! The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the hosts are on hand should you need anything. They were extremely helpful and had great ideas on how to see the many places on the coastline. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful 2-bdrm apartment overlooking Amalfi

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful apartment for 6nts in Sept and enjoyed a wonderful experience. Located 700m above sea level, between Positano and Amalfi, this lovely apartment offered us the perfect escape from the bustling seaport towns in the morning and evenings and access to local buses to bring us to these historic towns during the day. The apartment has terraces off the kitchen and master bedroom, offering breathtaking views as well as a separate patio for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can pick up food products at markets and specialty shops in the nearby town of Bomerano. The owners, Marcello and Maria, we're extremely gracious and helpful, providing us with local restaurant suggestions, directions and sightseeing options. In terms of activities, we recommend you alternate your days with outings to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello and active hikes around the "Walk of the Gods" path, near Bomerano. A final tip: We discovered a local boutique vineyard minutes away from the apartment, featuring Amalfi's renowned "Marisa Cuomo wines". The grounds include a wonderful restaurant, Bacco Ristorante, showcasing delicious white & red wines. It's a must visit for a relaxing lunch or dinner, with breathtaking views. You can also purchase wine at the Marisa Cuomo Vineyard shop, across from the Restaurant. Enjoy it all! (Marie G)

Wonderful apartment

Very lovely apartment with fabulous sea view and with all the comforts. The house was very clean and well equipped The owners are very kind and available for any info/request. They helped us with every our need and it was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our time in Furore and hope to come back as soon as possible.
