Casa Madonna Del Mare- Villa with sea view, a few steps from the beach

Casa Madonna del Mare is an ancient fisherman's house, completely revisited in a modern twist. The lights, the colours, the attention to detail, give style and warmth to the house, making every space pleasant and welcoming. The wide view of the sea - which seems to dominate from the large window of the living area - is the setting for this little jewel set in the rock. Every corner of the house is designed for the family, equipped with items for children, such as a cot and a high chair. The location is panoramic and peaceful. Wifi is available throughout the house. To reach the house it is necessary to climb about 150 steps. It is recommended to reach us without a car.

The house is organized on two levels:

MAIN FLOOR
• Mediterranean living room with large window overlooking the sea and small balcony, furnished with sofa bed and table for six;
• Kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped;
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with window overlooking the sea;
• 1 bathroom with shower
• 1 bathroom with large shower and laundry area

1st FLOOR Mezzanine - Sleeping area
• 1 bedroom with French bed (bed size 140x190)

2ND FLOOR Mezzanine - Sleeping area
• 1 bedroom with a single bed and changing table
• access to the terrace overlooking the sea furnished with a table for an outdoor drink.

Baby cot available on request.

Casa Madonna del Mare is located on the east side of Praiano, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is possible to reach the Villa through about 150 steps. Private parking is available upon request for a fee and is located approximately 500 meters from the property. We recommend to reach us without a car.
