Unit 908 features a breathtaking ninth floor view of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a view of the pool and hot tub. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your living room or beach side balcony, and then enjoy a South Padre Island sunset from your private bay side balcony equipped with an outdoor electric grill.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Unit 908 can sleep up to eight guests:

Master bedroom - 1 king bed
Bedroom #2 - 2 queen beds
Bedroom #3 - 2 twin beds

The master bedroom boasts spectacular ocean views. A private master bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a spacious closet. The living room and all three bedrooms have Roku TVs so that you can access your own Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, or any other accounts you wish to view. If needed, two pack and plays are available in the bedroom closet.

An open living room / kitchen floor plan allows you to enjoy the views of the ocean and pool while relaxing or making meals in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. WiFi is provided.

Amenities at Sapphire include a 100 yard swimming pool, hot tub, full service day spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, 24 seat movie theater, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball. The walk to the beach from the condo is an easy, short walk along a boardwalk.

Cabanas by the pool at Sapphire are available to rent for a fee. A set up of two chairs + 1 umbrella is also available to rent at the beach for a fee. Parking is available in the parking garage or in the uncovered spots in front of Sapphire.

*Per Sapphire policy, rentals are restricted during Spring Break and Holy Week to ensure that Sapphire remains a family-friendly environment for all guests. The primary guest during Spring Break and Holy Week must be at least 30 years old, and Sapphire will only allow an immediate family to stay in the condo (grandparents, parents, children). Please inquire if looking to rent during Spring Break or Holy Week, and I will provide more information.
