This one-bedroom apartment features a private enclosed balcony and offers a comfortable, modern living space. It is equipped with central heating and provides 24/7 hot and cold water. The living room includes a flat-screen satellite TV and a safe deposit box for your valuables. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a microwave, induction ceramic hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Mile washing machine and tumbler dryer, as well as all necessary utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs is perfect for meals. The bedroom has mattress toppers for added comfort, and all linen, towels, shower essentials, and cleaning supplies are provided.

Guests enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Check-in is via a secure PIN code after 4pm, eliminating the need for keys. Please be mindful of neighbours by avoiding disturbances during check-in or check-out, especially after 10pm, and adhere to the no-noise policy from 10pm to 8am. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, so parties, events, or outside guests are not permitted. Families and children are welcome; we provide a travel cot and highchair.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but designated smoking areas are available nearby. There are several supermarkets within a five-minute walk, including Tesco and Sainsbury’s open until 11pm. Popular venues such as Shepherds Bush Empire, Hammersmith Apollo, and the Lyric Theatre are within walking distance. The River Thames, Olympia Exhibition Centre, and Kensington Gardens are approximately 3 km away, while London Heathrow Airport is 16 km from the property.

Good Flat- Hammersmith area

Location was ideal for us to attend events in SW London. The flat is nearby to several tube stations, and the apartment was comfortable. As the flat is the top level of a building, be prepared for several flights of stairs to reach the unit (we had no issue with the stairs). An additional note- the bathroom is compact. We also had no issues, but someone who is taller/broader might not fit easily into the shower. The flat has an excellent view and the patio is lovely. We also greatly appreciated the unit/building having keycode entry-- it's great not to have to worry about managing sets of keys and allows your group to go in and out easily. Very well located to the tube and also a number of shops and restaurants around the Hammersmith area. We would stay here again.

Excellent value, as the unit was clean, conveniently located, quiet, and provided everything you needed at home (especially the washer, and separate dryer).Close to Hammersmith and Goldhawk tube stations, but at the end of the trip, wished it was a little closer. My wife says it's clean which is a big endorsement coming from her. All the important amenities were good (dishwasher, washer, dryer). It has outdoor space which is great when it's warm, and also being able to open up the main living area. Management was responsive, even delivering extra towels when requested.I'm not knocking my rating down because of these, but there are some things that maybe you should know: The place is getting old - as stated it was clean but you can tell some things are starting to wear. It's the top floor so it could get really hot (they provide several fans and lots of windows, but still..). Bathroom is tiny - the shower is smaller than a phone booth, so if you're larger (I'm 510, 210), you should measure how much you need, The bedroom has a slanted roof, so again, larger people, be warned. Lastly, it's several flights of narrow stairs. If you travel heavy, expect a difficult ascent. If you're ok with all this, then like I said, it's a great value.
