This holiday home in the Ardennes has 2 bedrooms. It is ideal for a small family. In the beautiful, green garden you can enjoy a day in the Ardennes! The holiday home is within walking distance of the attractive center of the famous Durbuy (200 m). Here you can grab a terrace. Do you like some sportiness during your holiday? Then you are also in the right place here. The area is of course perfect for walking and cycling trips, but you can also go canoeing and golf. The cosily furnished house has a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fitted kitchen with an oven and an electric stove. The 2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished. The bathroom has a bathtub. You can also enjoy a delicious barbecue in the summer, because the barbecue is ready. Under the house is a garage. Free WiFi is available. The holiday home is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Interieur is ten opzichte van de foto's vernieuwd. Dat wil fijn. Heeft verder wel wat technisch onderhoud nodig en de inventaris mag hier en daarna aangevuld worden.

Durbuy FeWo mit Licht und Schatten

Zu Durbuy: Das ist Tourismus pur. Der Ort besteht aus Cafes, Restaurants und Geschäften für Touristen. Die Preise sind dementsprechend. Zum Haus: Das liegt nah dran am Ort, aber dennoch ruhig, das ist fein. Die Lage ist eher schattig. Auf der Terrasse gibt's Abendsonne , die durch Bäume gebremst wird. Der Wohnraum ist hübsch, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Nun die weniger guten Dinge: Die Terrasse ist mit einem wenig gemütlichen Gitterboden versehen. Der sehr kleine Garten ist etwas abseits und es gibt da keine Gartenmöbel. In der Küche fehlt ein Toaster, das belgische Brot ruft aber danach. Im Bad kann man wegen einer Dachschräge nicht im Stehen duschen, das geht nur in der Wanne sitzend. Im Schlafzimmer läuft permanent ein Lüfter, wer empfindlich auf dessen Geräusch ist braucht Ohrstöpsel.
