Avec une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes, situé sur l'un des St. Les meilleures plages de Maarten, Cupecoy Beach, ce spacieux condo de deux chambres situé au Cliff offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait avec vos amis ou votre famille.

L’intérieur du condo est lumineux, de couleur blanche et bien fini avec une combinaison de mobilier moderne. L'espace de vie principal, face à l'océan, présente un concept à aire ouverte avec un grand et confortable canapé beige. Cet espace est ouvert sur la salle à manger adjacente avec une table design pour six et la spacieuse cuisine entièrement équipée. Les portes coulissantes, juste à côté de la salle à manger et du salon, mènent à un grand balcon avec un coin salon, idéal pour le petit-déjeuner ou le coucher du soleil.

Jusqu'à quatre invités (+ les enfants dorment dans un lit d'enfant) peuvent dormir confortablement dans ce condo. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain privée et un accès à une terrasse par des portes coulissantes.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size confortable, une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire, un coffre-fort et un accès au balcon. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains privative avec douche et d'un accès au balcon.

Même si la propriété dispose de son propre accès à la plage, il ya aussi l’une des plus belles plages de "Mullet Bay" à seulement une minute de marche.

Dans la cour de la résidence Cliff, vous trouverez des palmiers et de la verdure tropicale ainsi qu’un sentier, idéal pour se rafraîchir les jours les plus chauds. Il est entouré d'une terrasse avec des chaises longues donnant sur l'océan et la piscine extérieure. Vous trouverez également une piscine couverte chauffée, un spa, un court de tennis privé ainsi qu'une salle de remise en forme climatisée face à l'océan. Vous aurez ainsi de nombreuses occasions de poursuivre votre programme d'exercices.

Il se trouve à quelques secondes de la mer, d'un casino, de plusieurs restaurants, d'une minute à pied de la plus belle plage de l'île et d'un parcours de golf, ainsi qu'à 1 minute de route de l'épicerie et de Maho, où vous pourrez trouver bars, restaurants et vie nocturne, hôpital et bien plus encore.

Staying at the cliff is a terrific option when visiting Saint Martin. This unit in particular has an amazing view of the ocean, beach and pool areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided. Some more beach chairs would’ve been helpful. The beach itself is small but very nice. The water is swimmable. Security is excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes my car from the airport. All in a relatively quiet, residential area. Tough to beat.

Outstanding escape to luxury

The beach view is rugged and beautiful. During our stay it was windy with choppy seas, but still swimable in the ocean. The pool is first class! Good food at Marios. Great view of the ocean from the 6th floor. A great place for easy access to the airport, a grocery store right up the hill with neighboring restaurants within walking distance.

Stop looking and rent this one

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location on the island. First, the view from the balcony is stunning. Whenever we were at the condo, we were most likely out on the balcony listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The condo is clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation. We rented a car and traveled all over the island and by far, this is the best location on the island to stay. We were close enough to restaurants and beaches that we could either drive or just walk to. The Cliff’s staff were so welcoming and helpful. The Cliff’s has an amazing restaurant, workout facility and the infinity pool is stunning. This was by far one of most favorite islands to vacation at. You can’t go wrong booking this location.

Great property

Property was exactly as described. Wonderful views and great snorkeling right off the property. It’s in a nice gated and safe area. Low traffic. Grocery store is across the street and another one a few blocks away. The new pool is top notch. Didn’t try the onsite restaurant but the menu looked incredible. John was very helpful and quick with responses. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location - Great Service - Great View - Appliances and Furniture could be updated - Unit had a stale smell at check in, possibly due to a/c being off for a few days - But overall, not perfect, but very good stay for the cost - If upgraded it would be worth extra per night and I am sure it would pay itself back quickly

The unit was amazing. Clean, modern, beautiful view, spacious, full of amenities. The Cliff complex was beautiful as well, meticulously cared for with friendly staff. The only negative were some of the amenities were either not available or not functioning. I was disappointed to learn the restaurant had reduced hours, and the hot tub was not working. We found this to be the case across the island though. I assume post covid adjustments. Just as some of the other reviews indicated the Organic Market down the road is super expensive. Stick with Carrefour or Maho is amazing.
