¡Bienvenido al Great Escape de Gretsky en la estación de esquí de Brighton!

Gretsky's Great Escape en Brighton Ski Resort es una gran cabaña familiar de 2.000 pies cuadrados. Está situado en la base de la estación de esquí de Brighton, a solo 1,6 km del cañón de la estación de esquí de Solitude. Tenemos acceso fácil durante todo el año en la carretera principal de Big Cottonwood Canyon. Nuestra cabaña está situada en la parte superior del cañón de la carretera Guardsman Pass que proporciona acceso directo a Wasatch Ridge Park City y Deer Valley. Hay mucho que hacer desde la puerta de su casa sin tener que subir a su auto: andar en bicicleta, ir de excursión, explorar el área natural de Silver Lake y, por supuesto, esquiar en los meses de invierno.

Nivel principal: dormitorio principal con cama King con vistas a la zona boscosa de atrás y la cubierta. La gran sala y la cocina principal (electrodomésticos nuevos) comparten techos con vigas de madera expuestas en el nivel principal.

Nivel superior: 2 habitaciones privadas con vistas al bosque y terraza con bañera de hidromasaje. El Twin Bunkroom tiene capacidad para 2 personas, la suite Queen tiene capacidad para 2 personas. El rincón de lectura en el entresuelo está amueblado con un futón de cama de tamaño completo.

El sótano es un departamento de suegra completamente terminado. Se puede acceder desde dentro de la cabina y también tiene una entrada exterior independiente. Incluye una cocina completa, sala de estar, dormitorio, baño, ducha, lavadora / secadora, mesa de pelota foose, etc. Perfecto para los noctámbulos y los adolescentes!

Los nuevos electrodomésticos, muebles, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, electrodomésticos, sistema de calefacción acogedor, dentro del interior recientemente remodelado de la cabina ofrece un ambiente relajante con muebles nuevos.

Ubicado a 16 millas de Big Cottonwood Canyon, tenemos fácil acceso durante todo el año. Una vez en la cabaña, puede caminar o ir en bicicleta al pub Molly Green's o tomar una hamburguesa en el Milly Chalet. ¡Hay muchas cosas que hacer cuando tus piernas están gastadas!

Next to Brighton great communications

We had an amazing time at Brighton resort, our first time, and this cabin suited us well. Plenty of room for our family of 5, fantastic hot tub, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It snowed like crazy while we were there and a snowplow knocked a rock into our rental car's windshield. The owner's were incredibly helpful, connecting us with a SafeLite in the area and communicating consistently to ensure we were all set. Even the SafeLite guy was a blessing. Overall, a wonderful community, super fun family mountain and the snow was incredible.

We thought about never leaving

You know those stories about renters who just refuse to leave, frustrating landlords to no end? We almost became one of those. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Emily was great on the communication side and Alex was there everyday clearing snow (and there was lots of it). Nothing to do with the house but Brighton is fantastic too. Usually we rotate and go somewhere new each winter but this house could very possibly end that transience and bring us back for a repeat!

Great mountain retreat!

Our family had a great stay at this really cool property. The location is perfect for a ski vacation - so close to Brighton. The hot tub was great and the house is very well supplied with everything you need. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

Fantastic stay

Great place, clean and roomy, close to the lifts. Really responsive owners; they even left an extra TV and extension cord for us!!! Highly recommend; we plan to stay again next year.

family ski trip

This house was amazing-- extremely clean, organized and uncluttered. More beds than we needed for a family of 5. 2 kitchens available. Hosts were very attentive. House was cozy and even had a Christmas tree. Hot tub was clean and very large. There is a shuttle to the resort but the walk is about 8 min. We found it easier to have one person drop off and pick up everyone and equipment, and then that person could just walk to the car. We stayed across from lift last year, but this house is much nicer and we would return to this one instead in the future.

Great place for a group

Very comfortable, pretty location. It was useful having the two kitchens, as we used both ovens and dishwashers to feed a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub and had several moose that slept in the back yard. We hope to stay there again.

An amazing stay!

Emily & Alex are the most friendly and responsive hosts you could ask for. Their cabin is incredibly well stocked with amenities galore, which made it that much easier for my wife and I to celebrate our marriage with our party members. Awesome experience!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and our hosts were exceptional throughout the entire stay! Alex even came first thing in the am after a winter storm came through so we could get out and catch our flight on time!

Wonderful!

Probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Anything you could think of, it’s there! A very Welcoming home with beautiful views of the mountains. Great location for summer hiking, walking distance to many trailheads. Close to a few restaurants too. Loved it!

Short Getaway

My daughter had her Western Gymnastics Championship in SLC, so we decided to make an extra 2 days of it. Was an awesome location and great hiking and scenery. Unfortunately all the ski resorts closed as well as restaurants but the Silver Fork Lodge was awesome for breakfast. Hosts were more than accommodating with helpful suggestions and instructions. Using the hot tub was icing on the cake! Thanks The Robben Family

Unique cabin at Brighton

Fantastic space with plenty of room and nice kitchen amenities including spices and basics like olive oil, condiments. Private hot tub which was nice and easy to use. Plenty of towels and everything obsessively labeled for location of items and instructions on what to do. Somewhat loud location right on Big C'wood Canyon road and a little precarious getting out onto road cuz of snowbank. 10 minute walk to Brighton base. Used car to get to Solitude and with carpool discount, parking is 5$--more convenient than public trans. Overall would recommend for large group.

Brighton Blast

Property was awesome. Emily and Alex were truly responsive before and during our stay. Cabin is a short walk to Brighton bus which took you right to the base of Brighton . We had a major storm roll in dumping 25" of fresh POW POW. So to say the skiing was spectacular is an understatement. Alex arrived at the cabin that night and cleared out the driveway and back deck of the 25" of snow. He also came inside and reloaded us up on supplies that were included in our stay. Great Cabin, Great location and Great Hosts. When we come back we would definitely stay at the Great Gretsky Escape.

Attentive and Responsive

Alex and Emily have been the best hosts through our week long snowboarding trip! They were super responsive and understanding with our arrival process. With most rentals, the kitchen is only partially stocked, not the case with the Gretsky House! Pots, pans, griddles, decent knives too! Everything an at-home cook could want. The rooms were well maintained with extra blankets and pillows, hot tub was exceptional with plenty of space, and the distance to the lifts was reasonable! Our entire group throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for all your help and assistance making our 13th Annual Snowboarding Trip a memorable one!

Friends Ski Trip

Great location near Brighton. Didn’t need to wait in long car line for Brighton or Solitude on the weekends. Bedrooms are well outfitted for a larger group, and hot tub is fantastic. Kitchen has all you need but is a bit small. Emily and Alex are very responsive and helpful.

We can’t say enough good things about this property, our stay, and Emily and Alex! The lodge was stocked with everything we needed, the location was PERFECT, Emily was very helpful and responsive, and Alex was awesome with his timely snow blowing and clearing off the deck and hot tub! Ahhh... Where do we begin! Our cabin is truly a gem!
You can vacation and explore the area without getting in your car. Ski, Hike, Bike all from our front door!
Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny Back Deck & evening wine while enjoying the sunset on the Front Deck. We have resident moose, Margot, deer, flying squirrels and flocks of hummingbirds that frequent our place! It is paradise!!!

We are very active and familiar with the surrounding mountains! We can help you with hiking, biking and ski trails, however, we also love to relax and watch the wildlife while enjoying the sunset or morning coffee on the sunny back deck!

Our cabin is perfectly situated at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon with fantastic views of Milly Peak from our front yard & deck. Our front deck faces west for gorgeous sunsets and to catch plenty of sunshine!
The Stars in the canyon are AMAZING!! Star gaze while in our private hot tub!

The interior is classy and very clean! *vaulted ceilings * granite counter-tops *bluetooth speaker * private back deck * picnicking gear . The common areas are spacious and great for entertaining large groups!
