Welcome to Soltera Resort, where unforgettable vacation memories are made! Escape to our luxurious and spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home nestled in the heart of this magnificent community. With its modern decor, cozy ambiance, and ample room for family bonding, it's the perfect retreat for an incredible vacation experience.

Step into a world of leisure and entertainment with our dedicated game and recreation area, designed to keep the whole family entertained. Challenge each other to friendly competitions or simply unwind and enjoy quality time together. Pool heating/spa is an extra and optional service. It’s $50 per day minimum for three days. BBQ is available, we don’t provide gas, the tanks can be refilled-in at any gas station. CLIB HOUSE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

But that's not all – the true highlight of our vacation home is the stunning pool overlooking the serene lake, providing the ideal setting for breathtaking sunsets. Imagine relaxing by the poolside, taking in the natural beauty, and creating lifelong memories with your loved ones.

As a guest of Soltera Resort, you'll also have exclusive access to our Club House, where luxury meets recreation. ( Resort fee is per party and per day, check it at the Club House) Dive into the refreshing pool, indulge in the soothing jacuzzi, or engage in a friendly match on the tennis courts. With recreational spaces and a fully equipped gym, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The Host didn’t ensure that appliances was adequate for stay. The oven didn’t work. The refrigerator/freezer didn’t stay cold. No towels for guests. No mop or dust pan. The linens were dirty. The blinds are broken. The host stated she would refund me for all of my inconveniences and didn’t. I would never recommend this home rental.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several points for accuracy and transparency. The oven experienced an unexpected malfunction during the stay. While it was not possible to replace it the same night it was reported, a brand-new oven was installed shortly after. As a goodwill gesture, and despite the guests continuing to occupy the property, a refund equivalent to 42% of the total reservation was issued solely due to the oven issue. Regarding the refrigerator, it was not damaged. The cooling issue was caused by an internal vent being inadvertently blocked due to excess food storage. Once reported, this was fully resolved within 24 hours. Concerning linens, no report of dirty sheets was made during the stay, and this is the first time we are made aware of such a claim. We always encourage guests to communicate any issues promptly so they can be addressed immediately, as we consistently do. We also understand that reviews are subjective in nature, and future guests are welcome to consider all reviews and responses when forming their own opinion. Our priority remains maintaining our property to high standards and responding fairly and responsibly when unexpected situations arise.

Wonderful family vacation.

We booked a villa at Solterra resort as the resort looked to have great facilities and we were not disappointed . The villa is beautiful and very well appointed with beautiful decor. All rooms had been well thought out and met all our needs. The outside space with a south facing terrace gave us lovely evenings to chill as we watched the sun setting. It is quite a drive to the parks esp universal and during bad traffic this was quite a long ride but we thought it was worth the drive for what we were coming home to each evening. Would definitely recommend and will book again on our return.

Awesome property!

The house is amazing, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a meal, plenty of utensils, plates, cups and pots/pans. The neighborhood is beautiful. The only thing i could say we didn't like, was the fact that there's not much privacy on the backyard/pool area, you can see/hear everything your neighbors are saying/doing. Other than that, the house is simply AMAZING.

Nice House - Not very clean

It was a great property - huge square footage but it wasn’t very clean. Many of the sheets had to be rewashed and frankly should just be changed altogether. Overall, it was a good stay due to the memories but cleanliness in rentals are vital.

Superb stay

Good morning, we enjoyed your property so much that we don't want to leave. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and relaxing. All dishes are clean. All towels are clean except for what we use this morning to shower. Thanks again for your hospitality and for making our trip so enjoyable 😉. We definitely will use this property again. The upstairs A/C did not work as well as the oven, numerous vertical panels were missing allowing anyone to see in, not all the names of drivers listed the pool area was not clean and one of my guess fell from 2 black chairs that was unstable. It took numerous calls and text, the manager was rude stated an A/C tech would come which he never a rudely told me the house was clean and the stove worked properly and hung up on me. I‘be stayed at VRBO properties numerous times and never experienced such rude behavior. I will never stay at any property if this lady manages the property.

Thank you Maireddy for your support in making our snowbird getaway such a wonderful experience!! Your customer focus on making our time away allowed us to enjoy your home and the resort. The House was spotless clean with all the materials we required to enjoy our stay. Communication was excellent with immediate responds when contact was required. We stayed in this home for over two months with no issues. This was the nicest home we have rented in the last 20 years. I would highly recommend this home for long or short term rental! Upon check-in at the front desk, we were told we weren’t on the guest list, so I had to contact the property manager to get added. When we arrived at the house, the hot tub was freezing cold. I called the property owner, and she explained that she had previously asked if we wanted the pool heater turned on, and I had declined—which is true. However, she never clarified that the pool and hot tub share the same heater. If she had, I would’ve paid the extra fee. Her message only referenced the pool, with no mention of the hot tub.When I asked if someone could turn the heater on, she responded with attitude, saying it would take several days to warm up and that she didn’t want a bad review. Well—here we are.The check-in issue continued for two days, despite me contacting her multiple times. The front gate kept insisting we weren’t on the list.On top of that, when we arrived at the house, there were several large bags of garbage left out front from the previous guests. The next morning, we found raccoons tearing through the trash.The house itself was nice and fairly clean, but overall, the property is poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST. SHE COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR VACATION. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The host is unprofessional, arrogant, deceptive, and utterly nasty, disposition-wise. She has NO regard for her guests. She is only in the hospitality business for a cash grab, not the hospitality. When it comes to the home: dirty bathrooms with piles of dead bugs in the corners, no lights in the pool (so no swimming after dark), defunct alarm (so you can’t go outside to the outdoor space without it screeching with every open of the sliding door), suspicious yellow and brown stains and short, coarse hair on the white sheets, ant infestation in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom, and no Solterra Resort pertinent community instructions anywhere in the house. Regarding her behavior: she is horribly inadequate as a host and, seemingly, morally bankrupt as a human being. She misrepresented parking instructions on her property page and listing. My family was led to believe we could park on the street since she explicitly wrote that we could. The reality is that we could not. My car was consequently towed. When I told her of her egregious mistake she blamed me for not seeing a message she sent to me after my vacation had begun stating otherwise. Vrbo states that all house rules must be agreed upon at booking. She violated that courteous procedure. My family lost hundreds of dollars. We were stranded and missed out on reservations due to her negligence. She promised to reimburse us half of the money for the tow and transportation in writing. But she lied and is now evading us.
