Silverpine Perch <br> “Featured on House Hunters"

Our Shaver Lake home is nestled in a cul-de-sac just minutes from town and lake. Enjoy quiet semi private deck with a BBQ and gas fire pit. 3 bedrooms downstairs with queen beds and a shared bathroom, master bedroom queen with private bathroom, additional full bathroom upstairs. Loft has mattress pad plus additional room for sleeping bags. Dining area accommodates 6 plus bar stools. Full kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, etc etc. Board games. Our home is not wheel chair accessible. No animals allowed unless preauthorized and an additional fee! Absolutely no outside dogs due to HOA rules. Washer and dryer! Laundry, dishwasher and hand soaps provided. No street parking during snow season. No boat parking on street. 2 outside car parking spots, no garage access.
Only heating/ No AC
BBQ provided, propane refills renters responsibility once tank runs out. No animals allowed. Note: mandatory Contract will be emailed prior to giving code.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please take shoes off before entering home. New BBQ rule: we ask that all renters clean BBQ / gas off, $40 fee deducted from deposit if not.
