Perfect

Spacious and comfy apartment with many nice restaurants nearby. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the private garage was a big plus. All good. :)

8/10 Good

Good but not perfect

Very big and new luxuary apartment on a good location to explore the island by car. Many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Unfortunately some details are missing to make it perfect. Several items were already defective (kitchen closet door, lights, bathroom faucet) or not working properly (automatic curtains). If they can fix these details, it is a great stay, as long as you do not care about the busy and noisy road behind the gardens hedge.
Response from VrboOwner on May 30, 2024
Thank you for your detailed review. I appreciate your acknowledgement of the apartment's size, luxury, and convenient location. I'm glad to hear that our staff was able to meet your expectations, and that your check-in experience was seamless. I'm sorry that your experience wasn't perfect, and you encountered some issues during your stay. I'm particularly sorry about the noise from the road and the missing details in the apartment. Rest assured, your comments have been noted and will be addressed promptly. We understand the importance of these details in ensuring a comfortable stay. Your feedback about the kitchen supplies, pillow covers, and shower soap is very helpful. We're currently reviewing our housekeeping protocols and will definitely make the necessary improvements. Again, thank you for your feedback. It is invaluable in helping us improve our service. We hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.
