The Hathaway's Town Centre House.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Refurbished in June 2022 to a very high standard and a stones throw away from all the town has to offer this large townhouse is perfect for friends to get together. We provide permits for FREE on street parking for up to 5 cars per stay.

You will have private access to every room that you can see in photographs listed. There is no garden at the property.

The property was formally a Bed and Breakfast which has been totally renovated in June 2022 to cater for large groups. The house is divided into two sections. Our private living quarters are at the back with our own private entrance and then there is a separate front section of the house for guests with a different private entrance.

We have just stayed over the weekend, for my dads 70th birthday this was the perfect location short walk from town, the hosts were only a text away should we need anything, the house was spotlessly clean and every room had a bathroom and loads of space! Thanks for a great stay

Excellent property & location

A great place for a large group and great location for Stratford upon Avon. We had a bridal shower weekend and everyone got their own beds and every room has en-suite. Property feels fresh and well cared for.

Wonderful weekend away

Absolutely loved our weekend stay at this gorgeous property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculate everything was — spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and so thoughtfully set up. We had everything we needed and more, which made our stay incredibly easy and relaxing. Emma, the host, was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and super helpful throughout. The beds were really comfortable too, which made for a great night's sleep after a long day catching up and exploring. The location was perfect — so easy to walk to everywhere we needed to go, which made the whole weekend even more enjoyable.

Outstanding stay for large groups!

I booked this property for myself and 12 friends for a birthday long weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The whole place was beautifully decorated and presented, and was absolutely spotless. Each of the five rooms had their own bathroom, which is especially useful for so many of us. Emma is a fantastic host, and was incredibly helpful with all questions and queries, and was even kind enough to leave a bottle of Prosecco for us to celebrate my birthday! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, and hope to stay again soon!

Amazing weekend away

The Hathaways is in the best location to explore Stratford-upon-avon and is a lovely spot. Check in was easy , i'ld recommend using the short stay lay-by opposite to pick your permits off and drop off your bag before finding a better parking spot on a street nearby. The property its self is clearly loved and is finished to a high quality. Each room has a set artist which was a lovely finish. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the milk for arrival. I would not hestitate to recommend this beautiful place in a great location. With an amazing host too.

Excellent hen-do location!

Fabulous house wuth plenty of room for party games. Good kitchen for eat-in nights. 10 minutes from centre. Lots of local attractions and activities!
