This cheerful semi-detached cottage rests in Broadway in the Cotwolds and can sleep 11 people in six bedrooms.
17 Sands Close is a superb holiday home resting in Broadway, known as 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds', Worcestershire. Hosting six bedrooms, including a double with an en-suite shower room, two further doubles, a ground-floor double, a twin and a single room, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to 11 guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, as well as a utility room. Outside there is private driveway parking for four cars, further roadside parking and a rear garden with enclosed lawn, gravel, patio and furniture. 17 Sands Close is a well-decorated base for a large group trip to this lovely Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Please Note: Unfortunately, there is no EV car charging facilities at this property.
Amenities: Central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private driveway parking for four cars, and further roadside parking. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, gravel and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
