It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. The apartment has a large circular terrace of 25 m2, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace. Living room/dining room fully equipped with TV.
2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. 1 shower room with WC and another independent WC with a hand basin.
It also has a parking space.
NB: Swimming pool and tennis access at an additional cost.
Rate of £50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and Club House
