Cet appartement accueillant est parfaitement situĂ© Ă  Musiciens dans le centre de Nice. Ici, vous avez Ă  la fois la mer et la vie citadine, avec l’authentique
 et bons restaurants, cafés et magasins.
Le grand et charmant balcon de l'appartement d'environ 15 m2 constitue également un avantage considérable de cet appartement. Il fait face au sud et au soleil presque toute la journée avec trÚs peu de transparence de la maison en face. Il y a un auvent pour repousser les heures les plus chaudes en été. La chambre et le salon ont un accÚs direct au balcon. Il y a une table pour 6 à 8 personnes, une petite table de café et un gril électrique.
Dans le salon confortable, vous trouverez un canapé-lit / canapé-lit et une télévision. La salle à manger, 6 personnes, est située dans le hall spacieux et agréable.
La chambre lumineuse et fraĂźche a un lit double confortable 180x200cm et une grande armoire.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, etc.
La salle de bain a une baignoire et est spacieuse. Il y a un sĂšche-serviettes.

Mini escapade Ă  Nice

Nous Ă©tions un groupe de 3 femmes (mĂšres/filles) et avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis. L’hĂŽte nous attendait Ă  l’entrĂ©e du logis, et est venu nous voir Ă  notre dĂ©part. Le logis est grand, avec un immense balcon. Il y a de tout pour faciliter le sĂ©jour. En plus, l’épicerie est juste en face de l’immeuble. Nous sommes Ă  6 minutes Ă  pied du train, 5 minutes du tramway et 10 minutes de la plage. Quartier tranquille, donc relaxant aprĂšs une soirĂ©e dans le vieux Nice. Je recommande fortement, j’ai eu un sĂ©jour fantastique et l’hĂŽte est trĂšs accueillante et sympathique

Magnifique!

Quel beau sĂ©jour Ă  cet appartement parfaitement situĂ©, Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pieds de la gare et Ă  10 min de la Promenade des Anglais. Merci Ă  Malin qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et a voulu s'assurer que tout Ă©tait parfait . Des boissons fraĂźches et mĂȘme un rosĂ© nous attendaient au frigo :) Malin Ă  Ă©tĂ© rĂ©active et souple au niveau des heures d'arrivĂ©e/dĂ©part , ce qui a Ă©tĂ© facilitant. Les lieux Ă©taient impeccables Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le balcon est un beau plus. Je retournerais Ă  cet appartement sans hĂ©siter et avec grand bonheur ! Nous recommandons !!! The flat was perfect for us -- probably the best equipped and most comfortable flat we have rented in about a decade of trips to Nice. We would come back any time! The balcony is large and serves as a terrace, accoutred with tables and comfortable fleece-covered chairs, which we thoroughly enjoyed as we sat out some mornings to eat in the warm December sunshine. There is a good grocery store across the street and there are bakeries and restaurants very nearby. The location of the flat suited us perfectly; it's in the midst of Musiciens, and a short walk either to Jean Médécin or the Promenade des Anglais.Our hosts, Malin and Jonas were excellent. Responses to all our requests were swift and very helpful, even when Malin had to make a rushed trip to Sweden for family reasons. We were delayed by hours due to bad weather on our arrival, yet Jonas met us at about 22.30 to check us in and show us around. Similarly, we were able to stay on for a few extra hours today, on our check-out day, as the weather was wet.

We recently stayed in this lovely balcony apartment for three weeks. The apartment on the fifth floor with elevator was extremely comfortable and always nice to return to after being out and about for the day. We had great weather while we were in Nice and enjoyed the balcony a lot. We ate breakfast outside almost everyday and several dinners as well. We liked staying in the Musicians quarter with its residential feel and many very handsome buildings. Walking to the beach from the apartment was very straight forward and only took about 15 minutes. Malin met us at the apartment when we arrived and also when we were leaving. She is a very friendly and kind person. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Nice again we would definitely choose this apartment because we liked it so much!!

Loved the location. The apartment was very cozy and the balcony was lovely. Felt very safe and relaxed in a neighborhood friendly area. The owners were very helpful and communicating was easy. Wish there was a second bedroom just in case I was to return with more than one person. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Thiers

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wundervollen Wohnung: Gute Lage: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Meer und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.Toller Balkon, sehr gute Ausstattung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen und last but not least: sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect all round

The place is brilliantly located, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the main shopping area of Place Massena. For anywhere further than that, the nearest tram stop is around a 5 minute walk away, which is great for getting to and from the airport. The main train station is around 10 minutes walk too, which is great for day trips to Monaco, or further afield. A very well stocked supermarket was right across the street.The apartment itself is fantastic, with a wonderful balcony for taking breakfast. The building is a charming art deco structure, complete with wooden elevator. The neighbours all seemed friendly. Everything you need is in the apartment, from beds for the beach (Nice has a pebble beach), to stain remover for when you’ve dropped ice cream on your best holiday shirt. The air conditioning on the apartment is exceptional. We stayed during an historic heatwave and we were so comfortable.Malin was a great host, there to greet us and see us off, also making us aware of any issues that may affect our stay. Very easy to communicate with.We are regular visitors to Nice and now, we only want to stay in this apartment!Thankyou Malin!

Wonderful Stay in Nice

This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Home Base for Visit to the Cîte d’Azur

The apartment was exactly as advertised and the host was there to greet us upon arrival and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to base yourself for a week long stay: 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach/Promenade, 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and the Port area. Amenities were also close by: access to public transportation, a grocery store across the street and a fabulous Boulangerie a block away! A truly French residential experience. The apartment was well equipped and the information binder provided by the host was very useful especially with restaurant recommendations. When weather permitted, the large outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy some wine & cheese! There was some street noise to contend with in the early morning but otherwise a perfect stay in an amazing city. Thank you Malin!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you :)

Central location lovely balcony

We had a wonderful stay here in August. Great location to get to beach and markets and plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere! Malin and Jonas made the checking in and out seamless and were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here.

Treasure in Nice

This was a lovely apartment that was extremely well located. The host was there to meet us at the agreed upon time and was easy to communicate with during the stay. Nice is a gorgeous city with so much to see and enjoy. Strongly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything necessary for a good vacation. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot outside during our stay. The balcony is pleasant, so was location- easy walk to the beach and public transportation, grocery store right across the street, overall very good value. Wonderful Place!

Malin was patient and gave us clear instructions about the rules! The place had many useful supplies, comfortable bed/futon, and was located in a beautiful spot in Nice. My favorite was the balcony! We really enjoyed our trip and are so glad to have stayed here!

Our stay in Nice at Malin's flat was outstanding! Malin met us outside the building upon check-in and showed us around. We found Malin very responsive. The location of the flat is great and within walking distance to everything. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again!
