Great location and spacious apartment

Had a great stay! The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious and clean. Shower is small (typical of Europe). Safe and easy to check in.

Great location. Quiet. Easy to get to. Washing machine was nice. Loft stayed cool for sleeping. Would stay again. Family of four had plenty of room.

Instructions for check in and out were really clear. Amazing location. Rooms were spotless. Bathroom door was a struggle to close and keep shut, we suspected the latch was loose maybe. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The location is perfect! The apartment is very spacious and nice. However the bathroom is on a different floor from the bedrooms, you need to go down the stairs and then walk through the kitchen then the corridor. This should have been made clear, as not great for older people or disabled or children.

Les photos doivent avoir 10 ou 15 ans ! Tout dans l’appartement est vieux, abîmé, déchiré, cassé, bancale… en plus le séjour est très sombre, et du coup très triste. Pas envie d’y rester. Mais paradoxalement c’est propre (bravo les femmes de ménage!). Sinon l’appartement est bien situé et au calme.

Les points suivants pourraient etre amélioré: l equipement de l appartement, il y a le minimum du minimum, il faudrait un petit kit avec par exemple du liquide vaisselle, eponge, une vaisselle plus correcte. L appartement est globalement propre mais sous le canapé par exemple, c est plein de poussiere.

Schöne Wohnung - leider nicht in der angegebenen Lage

Die Enttäuschung war groß, als wir kurz vor der Anreise erfahren haben, dass die Wohnung nicht - wie in der Anzeige angegeben - an einem kleinen, ruhigen Nebenkanal liegt sondern direkt an der Haupttouristenroute. Die Adresse ist in der Calle dell'Ogio, nicht in der Strada Sestriere - beide Adressen kann man auf googlemaps finden. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, leider ist die Küchenausstattung so gut wie nicht vorhanden (weder Espressokocher noch Weinglas) und im Bad blättert die Glasur von den Wandfliesen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt, aber man spürt, dass die Vermietung durch eine Agentur erfolgt und sich dort wohl keiner um den Zustand der Wohnung zu kümmern scheint. Für den Preis hätten wir etwas Besseres erwartet.

Bon emplacement

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement l emplacement était très bien il y la station de bateau à 3 minutes de l appartement pour aller et venir de l aéroport et pour visiter murano et burano. 25 minutes à pied pour la place saint marc. Le quartier est sympa il y a des commerces à côté et plein de resto sympa. L apparemment est calme pas eu besoin de bouchon d oreilles bon on entend quand même si vos voisins vont prendre une douche mais franchement les nuits sont calme. L espace extérieur est très sympa et au frais car il a fait bien chaud pendant notre semaine. Par contre niveau équipement cuisine c est spartiate, le four est inexistant et il serait quand même appréciable quand on prétend à un certain standing d avoir des verres à vin. Chez IKEA c est pas cher et pratique surtout pour déguster un bon vin italien et idem une cafetière même à piston serait bienvenue comme une éponge que j ai acheté et laissé sur place. Le meuble dans la salle de bain est bancale j ai pas l impression qu il était correctement fixé à faire attention si il y a des enfants. Très bonne literie juste un peu bas le lit. Grande armoire dans les 2 chambres. Et bien organisé avec le propriétaire. Les codes sont bien fournis et pas besoin de clefs appartement bien sécurisé.

Great location

Nice apartment in a great location. Very responsive host, easy self check in. There was a problem with fly infestation, and no coffee maker or wine opener but that was ok, we very much enjoyed our stay

Emplacement idéal & calme pour rayonner dans Venise

Vaste duplex, avec des prestations haut de gamme et assez bien équipe. Idéalement situé pour visiter et se restaurer, tout en étant au calme de la rue. Logement assez sombre et humide, vis-à-vis dans la salle de bain sont des points d'améliorations.

Zentral, funktional und geräumig

Die Übernahme klappte reibungslos dank Code. Auch den Weg vom Parkhaus fanden wir dank der guten Beschreibung problemlos. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zentral, freundlich, gut ausgestattet und sauber.
