When you arrive at the house and take a quick look around, you will notice immediately that there are NO "next door" neighbors! Not that neighbors are a bad thing, but if you are in search of a place of both privacy and convenience, you will know very quickly that you have come to the RIGHT place!
With over 4000 sq. ft. of house, including a 50 seat dining hall and an unmatched kitchen, as well as 4000+ sq. ft. of multilevel deck complete with outdoor kitchen and a COOL outdoor sound system, we think you will really enjoy these areas of the house for your gathering.
This home has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 12, 3 bathrooms, sunroom with 2 poker/game tables, great room with pool table, 4K TV. Each bedroom has 4K TV and remotely controlled heat and a/c.(If you get hot or cold at night it's your own fault! LOL!)
We believe that if you are like most guests who have visited our home, that you will quickly adopt the kitchen as the "hub" of the house. Complete with 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a 5 burner gas cooktop, a 36" restaurant griddle, a 49 cu. ft. commercial refrigerator, a 3 pot automatic coffee maker, and a 325lb. icemaker!!! In addition, a large dining table surrounded by 12 executive style chairs to provide you with a uniquely comfortable dining experience, or a board meeting!
There is quick access to the lake, being only about 100 feet away, and a small dock that 2 or 3 boats could tie up to during your stay. PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS A PUBLIC LAKE AND THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

The home is equipped with ORBI whole home mesh WIFI and your devices will be "pegged out" with signal, seamlessly. The dining hall has 60" TV that can be accessed for power point presentations, and there are 50 stackable chairs and 8 folding tables to provide both dining and workspace, if needed.
Lower deck has a gas firepit and the entire deck is strung with vintage color LED lighting. We believe that to see the place at its best, you just have to wait until the sun goes down, and LIGHT IT UP!!!
This property was purchased in May of 2016 and since that time we have been working diligently to try and assemble a "package" complete with features that we hope will enhance the overall experience for all who honor us in choosing this home as your destination for your occasion, whatever it may be.
