This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Our family of four stayed here over Thanksgiving and would definitely come back. Our teenage daughters loved having their own room with a king size bed and private bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed although we did eat lunch and dinner out every night. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the resort amenities much as we were in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during the days but the condo was very comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to go to.

We enjoy staying at this condo. However, we were disappointed that we were located in a different condo than the one we booked two years ago with this listing. Also, the building housed a huge Thanksgiving party where the smell of garlic was overpowering even in our unit and the noise they created after 11 p.m. was inexcusable. Very disappointing but of no fault of the party we rented from.

Family Fun

This is a great property with fantastic amenities. Our 6 and 8 year olds loved the pool, free arcade area, and the mini golf! The living space was lovely and very clean. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay, check in was a mess.

Overall the stay at the resort was amazing. My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the place. Check out the Gyro place around the corner if you're looking for good Greek food. Now that check in process, oh was it a mess. Check in was at 3, I didn't get my key until almost 4. That wouldn't have been a problem had I not had a screaming infant that wanted out of their car seat after 2 hours of driving. They just kept telling me the room wasn't ready, finally 30 minutes one of the ladies extended me the courtesy of letting me know we were welcome to go to the activity center or theater while we wait. I understand I checked in on a busy day and it was a madhouse when I got my key. Overall I give my stay a 4.5/5. I will definitely be back next time though I'm checking in on a Wednesday.

Multigenerational Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Checkin could not have been more smoothly done. We stayed in a 2 bdrm with addition adjoining 1 bdrm condo which allowed grandparents and family of 5 to all stay together. We went to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg while there, all very close to this property. Having the many amenities made going back to our rooms, leaving the parks and all the excitement, easier with the kids. They were happy to swim, play the unlimited arcade games and free putt putt. Having 2 kitchens helped to save money. We were able to fix breakfast, eat sandwiches and salads for part of the day and then just eat out one nice meal per day. The beds were very comfortable.The only down side might be that furniture and carpeting need to be updated. There were smudges on every couch and chair. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend something like this for anyone staying with a large family.

Great family get away.

Great property for a family trip. Had lots to do and the outside heated pool was great. Very clean and rooms had a great layout. Even the kitchenette was fairly large and of great use!

Perfect Family Vacation

This location was exactly as advertised and my wife and 4 kids all had a blast. The arcade, movie theatre, swimming pools, mini-golf, fire pit & smores were exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg and made it so easy to get in and out of the local attractions. Will definitely book again.

An absolute must!

We had an amazing experience from the reception desk with Mrs. Rose. The condo was clean, comfortable, great view of the pond and our basic needs were anticipated. All the amenities were within walking distance and well maintained. The property owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. My sisters and I would love to have this experience again.

Great family place to stay in Willimsburg

We had plenty of room for 8 (4 adults 4 children 10 and under). The swmming pools, the outdoor games and the arcade were great. We did not get a chnce to play the mini golf due to rain from hurricane Debbie. We will stay here again.

A great vacation

We visited with our family including two children. The resort was wonderful and the kids really enjoyed the game room, pools, and mini golf. Perfect location close to Busch Gardens, Water country USA, and Colonial Williamsburg. We had an issue with the dishwasher but the property management did respond quickly.

Close by to everything but needs updating

Checked in no problem. When going to 2nd desk for maps of things and trying to get you to sign up for presentation, the guy seemed very knowledgeable about local tricks of seeing places but I came to realize half the things he told me were no true. Once going to our rooms, we had 6 flights of stairs to get to 3rd floor with my family of 7 and littlest being 2. The door for entrance to the building was broke. A/C in 1 unit was set to 84 and took til middle of night to cool down. Maintenance did come right away but A/c just took time and the door needs a whole new frame eventually. Place looked quick clean. Spiderwebs, smelled dusty, dishwasher rack is rusted and broken. Didn’t feel 100% safe so at night with door locks we put chairs and table in front to feel safer while sleeping. activities were a lot to choose from even though we didn’t use all. We did play mini golf, arcade games, big outdoor checkers and used grill. Mini golf needs a lot of repairs but still fun. We wanted to use pool but it was so packed we didn’t feel comfortable getting our family in with a-lot of rowdy people that were neck to neck with each other. Loved the location! We did have great communication with building and property management. We probably wouldn’t choose this place again personally to find a less populated home to be free in our space and the outdoors.
