This stylish two-bedroom lower-ground-floor apartment in Notting Hill offers a comfortable West London base for up to four guests. The smoke-free property is just zero point two miles from Notting Hill Gate Underground Station, placing shops, restaurants and excellent transport links within easy reach.

The apartment features a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, and an instant hot tap for added convenience.

Both bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with two double beds, one of which can be arranged as two singles if needed. There are two bathrooms with large shower trays and overhead showers, plus a separate WC.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels, and eco-friendly toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate Tube Station, you can access the Central, Circle and District Lines, allowing easy and quick access to London’s famous streets and landmarks. Discover Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Westminster Abbey and Harrods, and many more of London’s attractions, making your trip one to remember. From this location, you can easily access Heathrow Airport too.

Please note that in case the below instructions are not followed, fees will apply:

* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Great Notting Hill flat

Location was great ... very close to Kensington Park, the 94 bus line and a tube station. Convenient for Regents Street, West End and other stuff. It was a "basement" flat so stayed cool when it got hot outside. Very spacious for 5 of us, and a full kitchen so we were able to cook and stash snacks and beer. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful Flat in Notting Hill

Overall the flat was lovely and easy to get to. The property manager was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. My only issue was that I felt like I had to pay for things like and extra blanket which could be provided for free at a hotel.

The appliances are very sophisticated/modern. As such, it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to operate the stove and also the faucet in the kitchen. Additional lighting in the living room would have been nice and less furniture, which is crammed into that room seemingly without thought or real purpose. Bigger TV is needed as well. It would have been nice to control the heat -- it got very cold at times. Lastly, this is a basement apartment so there was heavy footed walking above at times. Location is excellent.

Decent experience with some pros and cons

This flat is located conveniently near the Notting Hill stop. Due to the high temperatures, sleeping was uncomfortable with no air conditioning and no ability to open windows. The cleaning was not up to par - some hair on the door frames and in the bathrooms. I asked for an early check-in days before and was willing to pay more only for the apartment to be filled the day before we arrived. There is a dryer in the flat but it doesn't dry clothes - they stayed damp. There also was a Nespresso machine but they did not provide pods. The sleeping arrangements worked for our family - a sofa bed for our youngest and the two bedrooms were good.

We are sorry to heart of the discomfort during high temperatures, whilst AC is not a common feature in the UK, we do offer fans for guests to help when we have hotter days. We also apologise if the cleaning was not up to your expectations. Your feedback is important to us and we will ensure to improve our cleaning standards. Regarding the early check-in, we are only able to confirm this 3 days ahead of arrival so apologies we could not offer this to you on this occasion but we are always flexible to allow guests to drop their bags at the property whilst the cleaning takes place. Regarding the dryer and the Nespresso machine, we will make sure to check these appliances and provide clear instructions for future guests to avoid any inconveniences.
