Fantastic

I have stayed at the Meridian several times in the past. I love the location and the building security is great. This was my first booking with Rianne’s condo. She is the best host ever! She is local hands on, always available, easy to communicate with, prompt replies and very helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. She also arranged transportation for us with short notice and reasonable fares twice which was extremely helpful since we needed a van. Highly recommend her for staying at the Meridian

Excelente lugar para alojarse en PDC!!

Rianne es una excelente host, estuvo en comunicación en todo momento desde que hice la reserva y nos recibió muy amablemente con un lindo detalle para poder brindar en año nuevo, increíble!! El lugar está muy bien cuidado, tiene seguridad 24hs, la ubicación está perfecta en una zona muy ttranquila a 2 cuadras de 5ta avenida y 3 de la playa. La casa es muy espaciosa y tiene todas las comodidades para una gran estadía: accesorios de cocina, de playa, internet y tv, además de la alberca en el roof, todo increíble!! Volveré pronto!!!

The condo had more than all the amenities that we needed and was in a great location. Ana, who was managing the condo for the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

very nice and quite, very close from the beach

Our stay was the best holliday in long time. Me and my family, husband and litle sun stayed at Meridan condo for 2 weeks besides playa del carmen is a beautiful place to spent your hollidays it makes a big diferent if your accomodation is comfortable and quite. we loved that everything was closeby specialy with our litle sun its nice that we could walk easy to the beach and resaurants.. I would recomend Meridan condo to everyone. thanks Rianne for making our holliday the best for years Greetings

Great property located halfway between 5th Ave and the beach.

This is a great property that was clean and well furnished. It's located just off 5th Ave but not so close that it's loud at night(5th can be a little wild). It's very close to an average beach but a short 7 minute walk north on the beach gets you on one of the widest and cleanest beaches around with some natural shade trees. Overall it's a great location to rent. If you want more ocean breeze and a better view ask about a unit on a higher floor. This unit is on the ground floor which is convenient but not awesome. The rooftop pool was a little bit of a disappointment but only because it's kinda small and not deep so no jumping.
