The ocean view was the best part. The pools were bice also. Was happy to see the gated and secure facility. We were to check in at 3pm. The room was not even ready until 430pm. Only one elevator was operational. Two of the days it was not working for iver half the day. Climbing 6 flights of stairs was not fun at all. We had 2 people on iur reservatiin and had 1 wash cloth and ine hand towl. Could have had at least 2 of each. Maybe its just plumbung in Mexico, bet the toilet would never flush. Had to take the plunger to it everytime.The bar staff was amazing, Thomas was great and very attentive.

Not as described and interior did not match photos. Chose this property for 1) sofa so we weren’t sitting in a bed for 7 nights, 2) regular-size fridge and 3) TV that worked. We received a room with no sofa, a mini fridge and a TV that did not access Netflix, etc. There were other issues during our stay. We spent two days advocating for what we were promised. They told us multiple, conflicting reasons for the issues. They made attempts to correct the situation (bought a TV, replaced toilet, etc.) but, in the end, we left early. Beach and view fantastic thus the 2 star
