Wonderful lodge in the mountains

This was absolutely perfect for our group! I love the main lodge style with large kitchen and gathering room as well as the attached guest house! It was very much the quintessential "mountain lodge" with an old school feel. Lovely and relaxing!

Perfect getaway

This was the absolute perfect place for my husband and i to get away and have a peaceful and relaxing break. We did not want to be in a busy resort or hotel with tons of people, and this was the perfect location. The place is beautiful and pretty quiet and the few people that we met during our stay were very friendly. We look forward to coming again!!

Very nice place. Everyone was friendly. I liked how secure it was. No one allowed on the property unless they had reservations. Nancy is a great host and very patient. Would love to rent this property again!

Peaceful Property!

This property is situated in a great location, which is tranquil and away from the loud commotion of your average tourrist trap. The view outside the window is spectular and picturesque! The only critique is for the proeprty manager to provide extra towels and silverware for larger groups bigger than two people.

plumbing needed some updates

Location good, some sound from next door All inclusive at night.Apartment clean and as advertised. Personel helpful and other visitors very pleasant. An info sheet in the room with details about complex rules ie BBQ details, garbage and drinking water replacement would be very helpful as english not always available. Very secure and well maintained grounds.

Hi Derek! Thank you for your review. However, I am sorry to read that the plumbing was having issues. You mentioned the toilet flushing slowly, we had a chance to review the WC and saw no problem. This might have been a user issue if you were flushing large amounts of toilet paper. The drainage system in Mexico is different and can not hold large quantities of TP and might have been the cause of the WC flushing slowly during your stay. We do have on the back of the front door all the information on the Condo rules, garbage info and water info and also some check out requests, im sorry you missed that.

Condo right on the beach!

This condo is right in the beach, lovely views, beautiful beach with chairs/umbrellas. Our host was very responsive to all needs/problems. The condo is lovely. Downsides are that of Cancun itself and not of the condo; there is a bike/walking path that goes the length of Cancun but there is a lot of traffic. Only touristy restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Also constant loud music from neighboring resorts.

Excelentes Vacaciones! GREAT CONDO

Great Condo, the location is great! Ubicado en área de playa privada con seguridad y equipo de playa disponible todo el tiempo. El condo es amplio, decorado muy lindo, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una linda vacación en familia. La vista desde el apartamento y el dormitorio principal es de lo mejor que uno puede pedir! Parqueo disponible sin ningún costo adicional, un mini market para las compras de emergencia. Lo recomiendo con 5 estrellas de 5. La propietaria siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo, incluso para recomendaciones de rentar auto y tours. Seguro regresaremos!!!!!!!

In 1995, I stayed in these condos with my 5 year old daughter to see if we could adjust to life in Mexico. By 1998, we were Cancun residents. We have been here for 27 years, I raised my family here and always said, one day I would own a condo in my Paradise. The apartment has recently been renovated and looks spectacular...but the view and the beach are really what sells this condo. There is nothing more beautiful than having the sun coming up in the Caribbean!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The beach is your backyard and right downstairs. You have easy public transportation at your fingertips, being steps from the bus stop, taxi site & the Xcaret ferry to Isla Mujeres. We are located on KM 4.5 of the hotel zone, which is a very quiet and more tranquil area than the hotel party zone area. Great for couples, and families looking to relax.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

204 is the second unit I bought when we moved here, and we have just completely guted and remodeled every inch of the unit (OCT 2021). You have amazing views of the turquoise water, Isla Mujeres in the distance and if you are lucky the Mexican flag will be up! The condo is a private gated residential condominium with security 24/7. Parking on site is available.

My daughter Elizabeth helps me run the properties and is available to solve any issues during your stay. We definitely take pride in customer service and love for our guests to feel like they are at their home away from home.
