Regarding access to the apartment, our staff was personally available to assist you and explain both how to enter the apartment and how the access system worked. We also provide detailed self check-in instructions before arrival, and our team remains available whenever needed. Inside the apartment, important information such as Wi-Fi details and house instructions is also available. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning noise and the condition of part of the terrace furniture. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so they can review these points. Please note that, as a tourist apartment, we provide the essential equipment for the stay.
