The home is tastefully furnished with a queen bed plus a new, comfortable sleeper sofa. Upstairs features queen bed plus a TV, computer/work desk and separate reading area. The full but small kitchen (fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes), is connected to a stylish dining area (4 chairs). The living room with cable TV opens to an outdoor, fenced patio with table and 2 chairs plus a glider and BBQ grill. The home has new flooring (hardwood and carpet), skylights and newer appliances.

Enough linens as well as bath and kitchen supplies for one week. Extra linens in upstairs Toilet Closet. Guests encouraged to launder linens as needed.

Bottled water, coffee, tea and frozen breakfast foods plus snacks are available to help guests settle in.

CHECK-IN / ENTRY

Upon arrival, meet Host or Co-host, or choose personal entry option for after hours or late night entry. Keypad on door accessible via last 4 digits of guest's phone number. Guests are asked to notify Lori (720-270-6226) when arrival time is known.

Deposit will be forfeited if any of these occur.

$200 refundable deposit required.

Deposit fully refundable, except in case of damage, excessive cleaning needed (normal wear and tear expected) or violation of rules (eg. smoking).

Cancellation Policy:

- 25% payment required to secure booking.

- Full refund with 30 days notice of cancellation, after which the deposit is non-refundable.

- Balance (75%) is due 10 days prior to check-in. After making this payment there is no refund.
