The location is I-225 and Parker Rd (CO Hwy 83). Starbucks, English Pub, and Cherry Creek Park in walking distance. Bus service to light rail is available; plus, reserved parking space is provided.
Approx 1500 usable sqft. 1 bedroom upstairs with full bath; living room with queen sofa bed and 1/2 bath downstairs; kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio and laundry room. The home comfortably sleeps 2-4 people. Enjoy the comforts of home for the price of a hotel room. The space is ideal for the business travelers or family.
The home is tastefully furnished with a queen bed plus a new, comfortable sleeper sofa. Upstairs features a computer/work desk and separate reading area. The full but small kitchen (fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes), is connected to a stylish dining area (4 chairs). The living room with cable TV opens to an outdoor, fenced patio with table and 2 chairs plus BBQ grill. The home has new flooring (hardwood and carpet), skylights and newer appliances.

Deposit will be forfeited if any of these occur.
$200 refundable deposit required.
Deposit fully refundable, except in case of damage, excessive cleaning needed (normal wear and tear expected) or violation of rules (eg. smoking).
- 25% payment required to secure booking.
- Full refund with 30 days notice of cancellation, after which the deposit is non-refundable.
- Balance (75%) is due 10 days prior to check-in. After making this payment there is no refund.

About Paula Jones
As a retired English teacher, I am now able to spend much of my time traveling about. This allows my comfy townhouse empty much of the year. As one can tell by the pictures cooking is another of my passions--kitchen is EXCELLENT and filled with great cookware and supplies. Also, the artwork and antiques show my love of history and travel. The bike trails and hiking maps show my love of adventure and the outdoors.

Clean comfortable condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.
Beautiful park next door. I found everything I needed within a five mile radius of the condo. Paula the owner was fantastic and her property manager Xandra was also very accommodating. I had a problem with the television and called Xandra. She was at the condo in 15 minutes. There was nothing wrong with it. I was using the wrong remote!!! I will be back and highly recommend both the owner and the property.
A Quiet Oasis on the Outskirts of Denver
What an inviting townhome this really is! Cozy, spacious, well appointed, and stocked with everything a person or family might need. Our daughter loved the two-story design while my husband and I enjoyed the layout, comfort, and location. We three were visiting from Florida and needed to be close to our other daughter and medical facilities as well as restaurants and food stores. Cherry Creek State Park was a bonus! Just down the road from the townhome, the state park was a welcome outdoor spot where we loved the fresh cold air, sunshine, and horseback riding for our eight year old. We would definitely choose this HomeAway property again for many reasons, including ease of booking, the owner (so nice and helpful), and the cleanliness and upbeat personality of the townhouse itself.
What a pleasure to have such lovely guests staying at your property. Not only did they respect and take care of my place, they really enjoyed their stay. I look forward to them as future guests

Clean and spacious
Spacious and clean one bedroom. Great location for public transportation. Designated parking spot right out front. Great enclosed patio off living room and laundry in unit.

Walk to nearby cafes, shopping, natural foods market, public transit, bike trails/routes. Great restaurants and brewpubs/lounges very close. Lovely Sagebrush Park which leads to Cherry Creek Park is next to property—fishing, boating, hiking, biking. Very quiet area. Only a 15 minute drive or 20 minute light rail access to DU, Sports Authority Field, or the Convention Center downtown. Multiple bus route options are within easy walking distance. SKI RESORTS? Quick access to highway to Denver (30 minutes by bus). Only 1 hr 15 minutes to nearest great ski resort, 2.0 hours for endless skiing options. NOTE: Ski Train departs from downtown Union Station daily during ski season. Also, Red Rocks Amphitheatre is 20 min drive.
