Please note that the space is accessible by stairs.

The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind after a long day. Guests have access to a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video available (personal login required for additional apps). The space is cool, calm, and ideal for relaxation, especially during warmer months.

**Guest Access**
Guests enter through a private garage entrance using a secure keypad for self‑check‑in. Patio furniture is available in the garage for guests who wish to sit and enjoy fresh air with the garage door open. From time to time, we may pass through the garage to move bicycles.

**Important Notes**

We live upstairs with our teenage son, and normal household sounds may travel between floors. Our two friendly dogs may bark when guests arrive or when deliveries are made, but they are otherwise quiet and gentle. The basement tends to remain cooler in winter; space heaters are provided, and we are happy to adjust the home’s thermostat upon request.
