Diana was amazing! She was extremely considerate of my 4 year old son - leaving toys out in the vrbo that he LOVED - and checked in a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. Very grateful for her and her space!

This house was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! We recently got married at the end of June and chose to roadtrip to different parts of Colorado for our honeymoon. This was our second VRBO for our trip and it was perfect for our two night stay. Very clean and nice space. The location is perfect and close to a lot of the major tourist attractions. Cannot recommend enough!

A modern and clean looking guest house that met all our needs! Two bedrooms with comfy beds, a nice living space and well stocked kitchen area. Washing and drying machines but we did not need them, as we stayed for just one night. The host was very responsive and kind.Just read the driving directions carefully and enjoy!

I was traveling into Denver with my 20 yo daughter, so therefore needed two bedrooms. This was a terrific option close to town and Red Rocks. The home is completely up to date and well stocked. Don’t let the surroundings fool you, as the drive in looks a bit rough, this place is a gem. The small turnoff next to the home allows you to get off the street for parking. Communications were terrific and very responsive. Would definitely stay again when in town.

Easy booking, check in and check out! The place is super clean and beautiful inside. Well stocked with everything you need and more! The neighborhood, not so much. Location description was slightly misleading for me coming from Oregon, having never been to the area…I assumed walking distance to restaurants/bars/stores implied it would feel safe and there would be a variety but, nope, we’re 3 women and didn’t feel comfortable. Not too big a deal as we were able to drive 3 miles to a nicer, cleaner area with plenty of grocery/restaurants/bars & shopping options. Beds were comfortable (super squeaky bed frame in one room) and the A/C worked great. Nowhere to hang out outside as it’s in an alley with loud neighbors across the way. Super nice and affordable for us to stay in for a few days to attend a RedRocks show about 30 minutes drive away.

This place was amazing! Made my experience in Denver twice as amazing. Its very convenient and close to downtown Denver and everything is very modern and updated. The owner’s communication couldn’t have been better, and they made it known that if anything was wrong they would take care of it. 10/10 place to stay in the Denver area and would reccommend for anyone looking to find a more laid back stay in the mile high city!
