We loved staying in this property. It was a very authentic Florence apartment and was very enjoyable. Not fancy— but real—and had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable. It we came again, we would stay there again

The property was clean but old and hot in summer as no aircon. Not sure how it has rating of 9 compared to other much nicer properties we have stayed at in Italy

Spacious, reasonably priced and close to train station

I had a great stay here with a couple of friends while exploring Florence for a few days. It's very close to Santa Maria Novella Station, which makes it convenient to check in and out. The property was clean and well-maintained. It is also very close to amenities like cafes and convenience stores. The property owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Florence.

Lovely place filled with charm. It was like a Time Machine older, furniture, comfortable bed, clean, but dated. Through no fault of the property, there was a water shortage while we were in Firenze. Thusly water pressure was very low. I managed a shower, but it required patience and lots of fiddling with knobs. When I got water it was scalding or cold, because of the water shortage I’m not sure whose fault this bi-polar water temperature was. The location was very close to the train station, thus walking to the property with luggage in tow in the rain was not an issue. I’d stay here again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review, We’re glad you appreciated the charm of the apartment, its cleanliness, and the convenient location near the station. We’re also sorry for the water issues during your stay — unfortunately, that was due to a temporary city-wide shortage in Florence, which was beyond our control. We really appreciate your understanding and would be happy to host you again in the future!

There was always noise outside. We witnessed a family get mugged one night and a lot of police activity the next day. The street sweeper & trash collectors pass every night — trucks are loud. Easy walk to the train station & center.

天井が高く、快適。エレベーターが無いため。荷物を０階から１階、さらに２階と運ぶのが大変。天井が高いので特に大変。高い階の部屋なので、騒音も少ない。駅から近いためとても便利。

The location of this property was perfect at just one block from the train station. It was a bit loud because of this, but if you close the windows and both shutters, most of the noise is gone. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go within 15 minutes. Gelato was next door, multiple restaurants and cafes were within a block or two, tabaccherias or small convenience stores were nearby. ATMs are everywhere. It was great for our needs, although it has a bit of a weird layout, but not a big deal. Could use an update, but for the price and the location we were happy.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, the nearby services, and the easy access to everything, being close to the train station can come with some city noise, but we’re happy you found that closing the windows and shutters helped. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you again!
