Executive Orlando 4 Bedroom Home with Private Pool (4H039)

We have multiple homes like this so message us if the calendar shows booked and we'll check our other properties. There is a large L-shaped pool deck for all day sun and a covered patio area.

Enjoy our 4 bedroom home featuring living room, dining room, a King master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, a Queen bedroom, a double/twin bedroom and a set of twins bedroom. There is also a family bathroom. Enjoy your private pool and pool heat is available as an optional extra.

Glenbrook Resort
Just a short drive from Disney, Glenbrook Resort offers beautiful resort style vacationing. Designed to reward guests, the clubhouse offers a game room, media area and complete fitness center. For further enjoyment guests stay active at the community pool, tennis and sand volleyball courts. DVD's can be rented FREE from the Glenbrook Clubhouse with a small deposit. Glenbrook Resort is located just a couple of miles north of the junction of Hwy-192 and US-27. There are major supermarkets close by on Hwy-192 and US-27 as well as a good selection of eateries.

While staying our home you can enjoy free local and long distance telephone calls within the US, Canada and PR and for those of you who can not bear to be parted from your laptop/smartphone we also have wireless internet.

Relax in the Living Room and dine in the Dining Room adjacent to the kitchen. The Living Room and all the bedrooms feature cable TV. In the home we have a welcome folder with some information on where to go and what to see in the area. A big plus is the Wal-Mart Super Store which is located about half a mile from Glenbrook, making shopping quick and simple.

All items are provided that you would expect for a self catering holiday. All you need to bring are beach towels for when you visit the beach, water parks and use the private pool at the home that has a screen enclosure to keep out bugs and leaves.

Please note in listing the number of dining chairs we have 6 around the dining table 2 at the breakfast bar.

Photographs are representative of this listing as we have others located in the resort. They are listed with a garage but may have games room equipment so parking would be on the private driveway in front of the property.

Pool heat is an optional extra. In the cooler months it can take up to 48 hours for pools to reach temperature so we suggest ordering prior to arrival so it can be ready for you.

Guest Registration/Security Deposit:
A Guest Registration Form will be required prior to arrival to secure a US$500 security deposit. This is refundable, subject to a merchant fee ($25), and may be affected by rates of exchange beyond our control.
