Atlantic Point - Free Parking and WiFi, Coffee Machine
If you're in search of a holiday destination that combines the beauty of the coast with plenty to see and do, Porthleven is the place. Cottage-lined streets meander past Cornish cafes and crafts shops down to its pretty harbour and historic breakwater creating a wonderful setting for holidays with friends and family.
This modern home which lies within easy reach of the harbour and town offers eight guests a lovely base for their Porthleven holiday. Stepping inside you'll discover tons of gorgeous space for relaxation including a bright living room with an enormous sofa, and a fabulous kitchen/diner with sliding doors leading out to the garden. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar and chat about the day's plans over a coffee; or whip up a seafood lunch and converge around the dining table; the thoughtful design of the home lends itself beautifully to socialising and entertaining.
Situated on the first floor are three bedrooms, two of which are twins and one which is a king with its own en-suite. The family bathroom is also found on this floor and besides a large walk-in shower, it has a gorgeous free-standing bath. On the second floor is the spacious master suite which is furnished with a king size bed and has its own dressing area and bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden has sea views and a raised terrace with picnic benches, so it's a fantastic spot to soak up the Cornish sunshine and enjoy fresh air dining after a day on the beach.
Porthleven life centres around its working harbour, and here you'll discover excellent food, freshly caught seafood, and a vibrant craft market between May and October. The town's growing art scene boasts galleries showcasing local talent, as well as restaurants from award-winning chefs, and the lively Porthleven Food Festival. Much of the coastline around the town is designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty with nearby Loe Pool which is Cornwall's largest natural freshwater lake, and the Loe Bar, providing incredible natural beauty for walkers and cyclists. If it's a beach holiday you're after, you'll have a Porthleven's town beach just 5 minutes' drive away, or slightly further away but still only a 10ish minute drive is the fantastic Praa Sands where you can swim, sunbathe and surf to your heart's content.

Relaxing pre Christmas break
We visit Porthleven at lest 2/3 times a year. Our first stay at Atlantic Point.
We had such a wonderful, relaxing time and your home hugely contributed to that.
Everything was included to make our stay a real home away from home. Great location, everything you could need and more in the kitchen, comfy beds and modern bathrooms with a huge bath in the main one.
The view is awesome from the master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. Perfect for watching Storm Bram unleash his powers! And for seeing the harbour Christmas lights.
Felt festive in the home too, with a Christmas tree and decorations.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return. We love what you guys have created with your new home, Atlantic Point. Lots of attention to detail and doing your bit for the planet too with eco credentials.
Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Hi Louise,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful and detailed review. It means a lot to hear that your first stay at Atlantic Point helped make your visit to Porthleven so relaxing and memorable, especially as regular visitors to the area!
We’re delighted that the house felt like a real home-from-home for you. It’s great to know the well?equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and modern bathrooms (with that big bath!) all added to your comfort. And we couldn’t agree more about the view from the master suite, watching Storm Bram roll in and seeing the harbour Christmas lights from there really is something special.
We’re also so pleased the festive touches made your stay feel even more cosy and Christmassy.
Thank you again for your thoughtful words and your recommendation. We’d absolutely love to welcome you back on your next trip to Porthleven!
Best wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team
