One of a Kind Beautiful Condo with awesome furnishings and awesome Breathtaking Full Bay Views and Gulf views. This is available now for Jan to March 2025. It just became available for all three months so get it reserved now.
Sleep in the Lanai. Feb and March open but must rent from beginning to end of either month or both.
on a full size murphy bed and catch the sunrise to wake you up each morning. Enclose the window treatment
behind you and turn it into a small bedroom. Close the windows and leave it air conditioned
or close the sliding doors behind you and leave it open to the fresh gulf air. The couch also pulls out to a queen size bed
and the Master bedroom has a king size bed. Nice Corian counters with open kitchen, custom cabinetry. You are steps from the elevator
and a laundry for ease. Watch the sunset over the gulf from your kitchen bar stools or a chair outside your door as you sip that evening wine or just better yet, walk 5 minutes across the street to Turtle Beach, just down from World Famous Siesta Key beach, #1 beach in the U.S. You can take also take the free trolley just across the street that runs to Siesta Key Village, Siesta beach and Crescent beach.
Amenities abound in this complex. It has 2 large pools, Fitness Center, Tennis courts, Kayak racks, Picnic areas with grills
right on the bay. You can walk to a top end restaurant right down the street or next door. Do you have a boat? Dock it right below.
If not, rent a boat or jet ski or kayak next door at the marina. Parking has a carport and also looks at water between the buildings. This condo is for water lovers in every way! There is a Minimum 1 month rental, however I can do a number of monthly rentals or multiple month rentals. We cannot accommodate weekend rentals or weekly rentals .
Monthly lease only Available for Jan to March 2025, discount for multi month rental 15% preferring 3 month rental. Ask about february and March. They are blocked but currently open to rent.

Born and bred in Michigan and I enjoyed our fresh water "ocean" of Lake Michigan with it's beautiful beaches. I have a tropical home that probably would fit in Key West or Siesta Key so I decided instead of moving my house, I'll just buy something there I can enjoy.

Oh, the vibe, atmosphere, weather and beauty just said you're home, like when you meet your love of life. This one encompassed everything I wanted, morning sunrises over the bay, evening sunsets over the gulf, quiet, a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach, or a short trolley ride to the village and Siesta Beach, great parking spot looking at the bay, two pools, too many amenities to mention here, boat docks, barbeque by the bay and just to sleep on a private lanai as the sunrises really sold it. The furnishings are awesome and it just had that little bit of everything you could want that was irresistible.

OH, the ABSOLUTELY MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS! I wanted to be high enough up to really enjoy them and see the Gulf sunsets on the other side of the condo sitting in the kitchen or outside or just a quick stroll to turtle beach across the street. Sleeping on the Lanai with privacy if needed would feel like sleeping outside or if you like air, you can set that lanai so it is air conditioned and still feel like being outdoors and watching sunrises, That is why you go to Florida! Then the sunsets over the gulf was a bonus. You can hail a free trolley (they leave every 20 minutes) from right across the street to the village or Siesta Beach. Laundry is right outside your door and the elevator as well. This condo has many amenities to offer from tennis to kayaking and pools and a marina and plenty of boat docks if you bring your own boat.
