Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación. El complejo San Ramón está ubicado directamente en la playa y tiene una entrada privada para los usuarios del condominio. Nuestro condominio está a solo unos pasos del Golfo de México. Hay solo 28 unidades en este complejo de apartamentos amigable. El condominio está ubicado en el 1er piso y es una unidad final. Hay una piscina climatizada con muchas tumbonas, sillas y mesas. El dormitorio principal es grande con una cama king size y un baño en suite con ducha. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El condominio está totalmente amueblado. La sala de estar tiene un nuevo sofá / love-seat y un televisor de pantalla plana de 52 ". La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de Corian y tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar una buena comida. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento cubierto y estacionamiento adicional disponible para los huéspedes. Se proporcionan toallas y sillas de playa para disfrutar de un día en la playa. Great place to relax

We had a great stay at Mary's place. Great location to downtown and Ve ice and the Saturday market. The pool and beach were within steps of the condo. It was a great vacation.

Great stay

This description doesn't really explain how nice this place is. Pictures are exactly as the condo looks, but can't show the extent of the actual square footage. It was very lovely. The pool was wonderful, we visited for the month of October/20, and the 28 unit complex was never more than half fun and we usually had the pool area to ourselves. Allowed me to do many laps and exercises. At first, we thought the access to the beach was a little weird, you have to walk through half the parking lot to access the path to the beach, but it was really no biggie. Nice outdoor shower to remove sand before entering the condo. Coin op laundry was right outside the door and the facilities worked great. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Ceiling fans in all rooms except the kitchen, but the pass thru window to the dining/living area allowed the air to circulate. We loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Great location

We had a lovely vacation. The condo is perfect. We loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunset. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the room darkening cutains were great too. The new leather recliners were so comfortable. The owner responded right away with any questions we had. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Perfect place

Great place. Very roomy and clean. Stocked well with basic items and good kitchen supplies. The pool is nice and relaxing. The private beach access is perfect... Many a beautiful sunset. Location is central to everything on Venice.

Great place to stay

Excellent location close to beach and town. Property manager was very helpful and available. Would not hesitate to stay again. Condominium was clean and as described with plenty of room.

Great Location on the Gulf

We stayed at this lovely condo for 6 months while waiting on a villa being built. It’s a beautiful location at the beach, has a great pool, assigned parking under roof, and well equipped with everything you need to live. Mary, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend it!

Just like home

We were so happy that the owner provided extras of the products that are used. There were extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, etc. Normally, we have to run to the store to stock up immediately to replenish what is provided in the rental. This host took into account all of our needs and it was greatly appreciated. The new furniture with built in recliners in the living room was so comfy. There was more than enough storage in closets and dressers to unpack suitcases. Even though the condo was built in the 1960's, the property was well maintained and updated. The grounds of the property are immaculate. The location of this property on the beach makes it very desirable for vacationing. In addition, it is close to many great restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The only criticism to offer is the thread count on the sheets. I am very picky and buy high thread count sheets. Overall, we had a wonderful month enjoying the amenities and other guests.

One Issue !

The owners in the apartment over us were up at 5:30AM to 6:00AM each morning banging furniture and generally walking like elephants. One morning they were even vacuuming the floors. I felt for a vacation rental this was less than considerate.

Beautiful place to create beautiful memories with my girls.

The home was very nice and comfortable, I believe it was nicer in person than the pictures. There were plenty of extras, beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella for our use. Well equipped kitchen made cooking there a nice option for a stay in home meal. Comfortable beds and cable in all rooms. Laundry was very convenient located right outside our door, as well as the pool which was maintained frequently during our stay. We are nature lovers and found cool things daily. There was a small screech owl who visited the pool area each evening, a resident tree frog and bunnies that the girls fell in love with. We encountered a large Gopher Tortoise on the path to the beach. The beach was beautiful and easy walk around the building. We took many morning walks collecting shells and shark teeth and some beautiful evening walks with spectacular sunsets. We were even fortunate enough to witness a mama sea turtle come from the sea and lay her nest. Mary is a very helpful host with great check in directions and suggestions of places in the area for groceries, dining, etc. She texted to see if we were settled in the day after our arrival and if there was anything we needed. She also made herself and her husbands phone number available to us should anything arise. They have a great place and are excellent hosts. We hope to rent this unit again. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Tranquility at its best

The condo is very nice and well maintained. The pool is right outside the door, but rarely is anyone ever in it. If someone does use it, they are considerate and are out by early evening. The laundry, storage and mailroom is just outside the front door to the right, yet again you never hear anything. The condo is well supplied with everything you need and then some. It kind of works on a pay it forward system. There is everything from spices to a magnifying glass for reading. Tons of nice clean dishware, glassware (including wine glasses) and cookware, you will not want for anything. Icemaker is large, hard working, and will keep you happy. Nice side by side fridge big enough for a family. Large screen HD tv in the living room, with medium sized ones in each bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout, though the a/c works very well on its own. Nice reclining leather couch and loveseat. Private entrance to the beach, only 100 steps to the sand from the gate. There were several turtle nests roped off along the beach while I was there. Rarely is anyone at the beach for about a half mile in either direction of the condo, other than maybe a guy casting a line, so it is like your own private haven. Covered parking just outside your door with you own private parking space. Pest control comes once a month, never saw a bug while I was there. The bed in the master is wonderful. I wanted to bring it home with me. Nice updated bath in the master as well, with everything from disposable razors to a blow dryer. Plenty of towels and linens. Downtown historic Venice is approx. a mile away, as well as Publix and great places to eat. Just bring your toothbrush, buy your food and enjoy. This is the most peaceful place I have ever rented, and I will be back! The owner is more than accommodating.

Perfect beachfront location

We had a great time at this spacious condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Mary even left a roll of quarters for laundry. The pool was heated and clean. We loved the location on the beach and close proximity to downtown and Publix. The only downside was the noise outside our bedroom most mornings. It is a no parking area but all of the workers park there anyways. If it wasn't for that, I would give a five star.

Fantastic

We had a great experience here. The unit was beautiful and Mary was so helpful. The location is ideal for long beach walks to Sharkey’s and a short walk to downtown Venice. We didn’t want to leave.

We have been visiting Venice for years and fell in love with the area. The San Ramon complex was exactly what we were looking for. We love the beach, near by golf courses and good restaurants.

It is all about location. San Ramon complex is located directly on the beach. Our condo is located only steps away from beach and is next to the heated swimming pool. Venice is a beautiful town with lots to offer.
