Step into and swim the waters of Eagle Mountain Lake from the shoreline. Enjoy recreational boating with your boat or personal watercraft on over 13.5 square miles of water surface. For a more peaceful water outing, bring your kayak or canoe and paddle the easily accessible marshes and the western fork of the Trinity River just to the North of the house. Fishing opportunities abound from the pier, shoreline, and anywhere you float your boat. At the end of the day, tie off your boat on the private pier.

Seeking restful peace and tranquility? Start your day eating breakfast and drinking coffee on the huge covered patio that overlooks the lake, sit in the abundance of shade offered by almost 90 mature oak trees, sit in a hammock and listen to the waves lap the shoreline, or lounge on the deck of the pier and boathouse.

With easy entry to the main floor of the house you will be welcomed by a tall entry foyer that takes you into the main living area with plenty of formal seating for your family at the large hand made dining table built with room for ten, a den complete with sofas and a large screen TV with blu-ray player, and a wall of windows that look out onto the huge patio that overlooks the lake.

Preparing your favorite meal is a treat in the adjacent kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertops and a large work island. With two ovens, a 5 burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of kitchen appliances you will find everything you need at your fingertips. Dine informally at the counter of the island or at the pub height table in the nook which also has windows that overlook the large patio and the lake. Did someone say barbecue? A huge gas fired BBQ awaits the grilling enthusiast whether grilling the perfect cut of meat or your favorite vegetables.

Want to enjoy all of your meals outside, by all means please do so. When the breeze isn't blowing, the 3 ceiling fans help to keep the air moving over the three tables on the covered patio.

End your day in the peaceful surroundings on the quiet part of the lake before retiring to one of the three bedrooms: two on the main floor and one upstairs.

The extra large primary suite on the main floor overlooks the lake and offers plenty of space, a king-sized bed with brand new medium-firm mattress, and a large bathroom with large walk in shower with dual shower heads, a jetted jacuzzi tub, and a double sink vanity.

The second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen sized bed also with a brand new medium-firm mattress and a full bathroom with shower just across the hall.

Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with four twin-beds, and an air hockey table. There is plenty of room to play for your kids and guests. You will also find a complete bathroom with walk-in shower.

In total you will find beds to sleep 8.

We have high speed internet with wi-fi and TV service available.

Please note that the water depth at the end of the pier is about 5 feet in depth when the lake is at full pool level. Please note that water levels can vary year to year and across the summer season based upon what mother nature provides and takes away.

*** May 18, 2024 - we are thankful that the spring rains have replenished Eagle Mountain Lake. As of today, the lake is at full pool. Water depth at the end of our pier is about 5 feet. We reached a low point of 9 feet below full pool in October 2023 as a result of the 2022 and 2023 droughts but have seen a full recovery in water depth. After 2 years of drought, 2024 is a good year for Eagle Mountain Lake!!
