Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the expansive, light-filled hallway. Leading off the hallway are two spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable UK double beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The main bedroom boasts a private en-suite bathroom, offering our guests privacy and convenience.
Just down the corridor, you'll discover the main bathroom, where a full-size bathtub invites you to unwind after a busy day of Dublin sightseeing. Plush towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries will be ready for your use, making your stay as hassle-free as possible.
Step into the expansive living room, where comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful décor create a welcoming space to relax or entertain. You'll love the natural light that pours in from the balcony doors, illuminating the room during the day.
The living room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. Here you'll find everything you need for home cooking, from a stove and oven to a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils and a washer and dryer. One of Ashtown's main attractions is Phoenix Park, one of the largest city parks in Europe, which is practically on your doorstep. The Broombridge Luas stop provides tram service to critical places like Dublin City Centre, Stephen's Green, and Dundrum shopping centre. With the M50 motorway nearby, Ashtown offers easy access to the airport and wider Ireland. The neighbourhood is pedestrian and cyclist-friendly, promoting ease of local exploration. These diverse transportation options make Ashtown a highly accessible and convenient base for your Dublin stay.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
