Newly Refurbished 2 bed apartment in the City Centre - Just off St Stephens Green, Right opposite the 5 Star Shelbourne Hotel. If you're looking for location - you wont get better than this. It has been refurbished to a very high standard with everything brand new - new bathrooms, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Beds and bed linen are hotel standard. It's in a very safe area of the city, a few doors away from the Irish Parliament.

This beautiful, newly refurbished Luxury high end two bed, two bathroom, apartment is very bright, comfortable & a spacious place with all mod-cons. It has been refurbished to a 5 star hotel quality which is in keeping with its location and it is a very stylish design . It has only just been listed on Vrbo for the first time so everything is brand new - Hotel quality beds, top quality bed linen, new furniture, new bathrooms, new fully fitted kitchens etc. The apartment is also fitted with an elevator making it wheelchair accessible.

It is located in a very safe area of Dublin City Centre with absolutely everything on your door step - trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, shops etc.. It is just off St Stephens Green, beside the Shelbourne Hotel - less than a 5-minute walk to The Royal College of Surgeons, Trinity College & Grafton Street. The location is on the doorstep of key city attractions including museums, libraries, galleries, public transport, restaurants, theatres and cafes. Directly across the road is St Stephens Green for recreational activities like running, jogging, walking and nature gazing.

It is a secure place to stay and comes highly recommended. As this apartment it is only new to Vrbo become one of the first to stay in this fabulous apartment.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The outside patio was great to use for evenings. The bathrooms were modern and very clean. It was well stocked with paper products and cloth towels. The location was excellent - 10-15 walking distance to almost everything. There was a convenient bus stop down the street and the LUAS tram was one street over on Dawson. The only detractor was that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. It could use some additional padding in the seats or a replacement.

Great Stay

Great location overall, and property management was very responsive. We were disappointed, however, that there was confusion over a last-minute switch to a unit without a patio when we’d expected one. Despite that hiccup, it was fun to discover that Bram Stoker once lived at the property—an unexpected and charming historical detail!

Amazing location in downtown Dublin

Great 2 / 2 with deck. We stayed here a month while relocating to Dublin and finding a more permanent residence. It's downtown Dublin but not too loud. St. Steven's Green, Grafton Street shopping and the Lewis tram are so close. Heat, water and kitchen all work great (after getting used to the differences between the US and Ireland electrical systems). We even used the address to open Irish bank accounts and get PPSNs (it's a process). Only drawback is some daytime remodeling noise from the the soon to open restaurant on the floor below. Highly recommended location.
