The Antonino apartment is on the first floor of a building on Via Sant'Antonino, previously a convent where you can still admire the internal courtyard. Access to the apartment is via a corridor that will bring you right to the stairs of the apartment. The location is great since it is located right near the train station and Piazza Santa Maria Novella, as well as the most interesting monuments and tourist attractions.

The public bus service in Florence is provided by "Ataf".
The nearest bus stop to the house is in front of Santa Maria Novella Station about 5 minutes walking distance, and the line is called Tramvia n° T1 "VILLA COSTANZA → CAREGGI OSPEDALE".

The apartment is located near the piazza of Santa Maria Novella. This area of Florence is a 20 minute walk to the main cultural attractions such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Piazza della Signoria, and Palazzo Vecchio.
The area is mainly residential so there is a variety of grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes. In the area you will also find Stazione Leopolda, Florence’s former railway station which has been converted into a vibrant exhibition hall used for events such as craft fairs, television and fashion shows, as well as for cultural and business meetings.

Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

The Antonino apartment is on the first floor, without elevator (20 stairs to climb), of a building on Via Sant'Antonino (a street that has medium traffic) in front of the Sant'Antonino private Garage and just 50 meters from the Medici Chapels of Lorenzo il Magnifico's family. The apartment is perfect for those who want to visit both Florence and Tuscany since it is well served by public transportation. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the most important monuments and shops in Florence. The apartment (70 m² / 753 ft²) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (one full and one half) and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Entering the apartment the guests are greeted by a hallway with terracotta floors that invites them to enter the first bedroom with 2 twin beds, both decorated with pastel tones, characterised by a cozy atmosphere so as to give the impression of being at home. Continuing along the corridor the guests will come to a graceful arch that opens out onto a modern dining area and well equipped kitchenette. Going back to the hallway the guests arrive at the second bedroom (with a double bed) that has a large closet and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom also has a large flat screen television. The guest bathroom is at the end of the hallway.
