Spacious cottage (managed by BelcantoVillas) on three floors with garden and balcony, with 4 bedrooms (for 8 guests), in the center of Torre del Lago Puccini, just 300 meters from the pine forest that leads to the sandy beach and the sea (1,500 meters away).

Ideal location in the center of Torre del Lago Puccini, close to all services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, tobacconist, greengrocer, Coop supermarket...
Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests, allowing you to reach every place comfortably: the lake (and Giacomo Puccini's house museum) is 2 km away, Viareggio (and its beautiful Art Nouveau style promenade) is only 5 km away and it is reachable by cycle path along a beautiful tree-lined avenue.
From the main road (via Marconi) a private road with an electric gate and driveway leads to two rows of terraced houses. The property is the first villa on the left side and is accessed via 2 large pedestrian and vehicular gates which lead to the garden and your private parking. The garden develops on the left side, with good privacy and has armchairs and a table in the shade of an umbrella, for your relaxation in the cool.
Bicycles can also be parked inside a closed garage.

The bus stop for Viareggio (with night trips to the Forte dei Marmi nightclubs) is almost in front of the house. The Torre del Lago Puccini train station is only 500 meters away.

Two bicycles are available to guests (with locks included) and can be used for free and parked in your garden or in the indoor garage. If the two bicycles in use are not enough, the rental cyclist is only 80 meters away.

Private access road, closed by an electric driveway gate, and a further private gate that delimits your garden. On the first floor, there is the balcony which is accessed from the kitchen and the living/dining room with a table for 8 people.
The accommodation is close to all amenities: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagent, tobacconist, greengrocer, small store, Coop supermarket, coin-operated laundry, laundry/ironing shop, pharmacy, bank, post office... The bus stop is right in front of the house (also for Viareggio with night service to the discos).
The sea is also close and easily reachable by bicycle along a path that runs alongside the pine forest.
All these comforts guarantee a truly relaxing holiday!

In Torre del Lago there is a long beach of fine white sand, which invites pleasant walks from the mouth of the Serchio River (2 km to the south), up to Massa and Carrara (25 km to the north) without interruption.
There are both equipped bathing establishments (with paid access to use umbrellas, deckchairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools...), and the free beach, with free access and bathing.
Torre del Lago Puccini is located within the Migliarino - San Rossore Park and, beyond the long beach of fine sand, offers dunes scented with pine, broom, strawberry tree, which overlook the pine forest. Here there are many paths to follow on foot or by bicycle.
Just 300 meters from the accommodation there is a pleasant "Bim Bum Bam" playground for children and teenagers, with inflatables, table football, water games, trampolines...
Just 2 km. there is Lake Massaciuccoli (an oasis where you can take pleasant boat excursions), the famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous operas.
In July and August, there is the Puccini Festival: you can attend performances of Puccini's famous operas at the open-air theater on the lake.
For mountain lovers, a few km. there are the Apuan Alps, with paths, refuges and peaks (over 2,000 meters) from which to admire breathtaking views.

- Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and Leaning Tower.
- Viareggio: the liberty promenade, the long beach and the pine forest
- Forte dei Marmi: the hottest clubs, the big fashion brands, the exclusive establishments

- Lucca: the city of 100 churches, surrounded by 4 km of perfectly preserved medieval walls.
- Florence: the cradle of the Renaissance, art, culture and good food.
- Cinque Terre: a unique route in the world between villages overlooking the sea

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The 8 guests have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at their disposal.
From the garden, a flight of external stairs leads us to the 1st floor, where there is access to an entrance and from here to the different rooms. The kitchen with dining area (for 6), leads to the external balcony, is decorated in a bright yellow color and is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, double sink, electric oven, 4 induction burners, plates, pots and pans. While the washing machine is on the balcony.
The first room #1 is decorated in the soft colors of sage green, has a double bed, a large 4-door wardrobe, a window overlooking the back and a pleasant relaxation corner with sofas and a table.
The second bedroom #2 is double, with two single beds which on request can be joined into a double bed, it is decorated in children's style, with board games, and has a 2-door wardrobe and a window overlooking the back.
The bathroom with window has a shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. Soap is supplied in dispensers.
The living/dining room has a sofa, a table for 8 people, a TV and access to the balcony via a large French window which, if opened, allows you to dine outdoors. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the large open space overlooking the garden and the condominium area. The driveway, with its comings and goings of tourists, remains far away!
From the living room you access the upper floor with a large wooden staircase.
The second floor is an attic with large rooms of varying heights from 3 meters to 1 meter.
There is a corridor that leads to three rooms.
Room #3 is decorated in red, has a double bed, a window, antique furniture and a convenient coat hanger for hanging clothes.
Room #4 is decorated in a nautical tone in blue, has two single beds which on request can be joined into a double bed, a roof window, and coat hanger for hanging clothes.
The bathroom with large window, toilet, bidet and shower completes the floor. Soap is supplied in dispensers.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Hot water is supplied by an 80-litre electric boiler.

Our opinion: Independent villa with garden and 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people, suitable for a large family or a group of friends: even if the presence of only 2 bathrooms makes it more suitable for fewer guests.
Excellent for enjoying nature, the pine forest and the sea (easily accessible). The two bicycles given for free use were much appreciated. Others can be rented by the cyclist just 80 meters away.
