• Is there parking? There is an abundance of Pay & Display parking in the Street and local vicinity as well as short-term parking in Sainsbury's (2 mins walk), and a secure underground car park at Millenium Gloucester Hotel (6 mins walk) where you can pay to park for up to 24hrs at one time.
• Is there a washing machine? There are communal areas with washing machines that you have access to. One is on the Ground Floor (between apartment number 2 and 3). The access code is C1974. There's also one on the third floor which is always open.
• Is there air conditioning? The room have air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year.
• Is self check-in available? Yes, access is provided via a secure system for a smooth and flexible arrival.
• Is the kitchen fully equipped? The room includes a compact kitchenette with essentials for light cooking, along with a French press coffee setup.

Convenient and Excellent Hospitality
The property is in a quiet but convenient location. Responsive and respectful property manager. I was able to book the property two days in advance, and they even did what they could to accommodate my request for an early check-in. I am grateful for the kitchen area in the room and made good use of it. Everything I could possibly need in the kitchen was available. I slept well during the night, leaving the window blinds completely open. I made use of the communal laundry facilities a couple of times. Two different Underground stations are nearby - Gloucester and Earl's Court. I went to Kensington Boxing Club a couple of times. A large Sainsbury's is close by for all your eating needs, but there is also a diverse array of culinary delights and pubs nearby as well. All in all, the location was perfect, as was the property manager, premises, and accessibility of everything. Easily 5 stars on all counts.

Total bait and switch. What is shown on VRBO for a rental was NOT what we got. It shows a table and chairs and one assumes some sitting furniture at minimum. The unit we got had literally a double bed and one small chair. You have to squeeze past the bed to access the wall kitchenette. Any activity such as eating, relaxing and organizing materials and clothes would have to happen on the bed. We have never experienced a more unacceptable lodging. There was NO table and chairs, no bookcase or dresser, no other furnishings except a balcony with chairs only useful on nice weather days. This was totally unacceptable, especially for a 5 night stay. It took several phone calls to reach someone not identified as the host, who told us there were no other available units. They were sorry but they could not help us. There wasn't even floor space for our suitcases. We had to find a different accommodation without their help. The next day we got a message that another unit would be available for the following day and they showed basically the same photo. They said we would not be able to see it and they provided no other description of the unit that would be available. Much time and expense was involved in finding a suitable accommodation. They refused to refund our money. VRBO should not allow hosts to provide incorrect photos and we are working to recoup our money.
