Large open plan lounge, kitchen & diner. The lounge has a large comfy sofa, 75" smart TV, toy box for the children and also a telescope to catch the boats come in to the harbour. A fully-equiped kitchen with breakfast bar, modern oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave.

Utility room: washer/dryer, toilet and sink

First floor:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table area. TV. Juliet balcony looking over Mevagissey.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed, wardrobe and TV

Family bathroom - Shower over bath, sink, toilet

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3 - twin room, drawers, wardrobe and toilet with sink.
*Please be aware the twin room is only suitable for children due to the height of the room*
