Ground Floor:

Large open plan lounge, kitchen & diner. The lounge has a large comfy sofa, 75" smart TV, toy box for the children and also a telescope to catch the boats come in to the harbour. A fully-equiped kitchen with breakfast bar, modern oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave.

Utility room: washer/dryer, toilet and sink

First floor:

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table area. TV. Juliet balcony looking over Mevagissey.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed, wardrobe and TV

Family bathroom - Shower over bath, sink, toilet

Second Floor:

Bedroom 3 - twin room, drawers, wardrobe and toilet with sink.

Beautiful property located above the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey with amazing views of the harbour. This property has lots of fantastic technology making it a very modern space whilst maintaining the comfort of character and charm.
