The rooftop terrace has a covered alfresco dining area, large gas BBQ, and sun beds with umbrellas.
The property is minute’s walk from countless restaurants and bars, 3 minutes from Marbella historic Orange Square, and 10 minutes from the beach!
Both bedrooms are similar and size, both featuring double beds, ceiling fans, plenty of storage space, and access to bathroom with bath/showers. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold), and the apartment has strong fibre optic WIFI (100mbps).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliance and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. There is a dining area with seating for 6, as well as 2 sofas facing a TV in the living room.
